"The painters arrived when they said they would on both days. I left to go to work. On the first day they caulked and fixed all the holes and baseboard corners. They also draped all the furniture with plastic and covered the floors with canvass coverings. When I arrived home after work the painters had just sprayed the ceiling and finished priming the doors. Never having painted the exterior of my Old Tacoma home (not since I've moved in), I didn't understand the intricacies of painting an old home with a different siding than the current siding available in new homes. Jerry was able to suggest not only the best colors for this type of home and weather conditions, but the specific type of paint that would last the longest in our wet Pacific Northwest. The job was done both quickly (the painting began on the first nice day following our agreement) and was completed within a few days. There was rain following the first day of painting and a little of the paint dripped making for an unsightly line in the wall. I left Jerry an email then followed up the next day with a call only to find out that his men had come early that morning and fixed the drip. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."
