"Roman did a great job painting our house. We needed a lot of "touch up" painting due to contractor work that damaged our siding. Roman caulked everything, painted it, and took time to make sure it all looks great. We ended up having to paint a much larger section because the pain had faded. "Jerry was quick to respond and negotiate the bid as I had additional requests to add to the bid. I had several other bids that needed further negotiations that were not adequately addressed. Jerry was responsive to my concerns and made an effort to address any issues. I wanted the gutter painted as I noticed the unpainted gutters attract dirt and stain over time and Jerry had no problem adding that to the bid. Most of the work was completed by his worker. However, Jerry completed the touch up work himself. He did provide a high quality paint and 2 coats. Jerry was really good about checking the quality of the prep work and the paint job.
