PacificPro Painting did a great job. We had attempted to paint ourselves and it did not turn out the way we liked. Vadim’s team was on time, professional, kind, and finished our project for us quickly. I was so thankful for his team. We even had a section of our home improvement project that was not complete and they said as soon as it’s finished, they would come back to make the rest match. Painting is hard.

PacificPro was hired to paint our 2.5 stories Victorian old home. The job was going well until the last walk-around. Then they never returned to complete the last touchups and quit responding to my communications. At least I had not paid them the last 25% of their quote; I guess they could make more money elsewhere. Before that, I was pleased with their work. But I ended up needing to bring in someone else to complete the job, which was disappointing.

Vadim, the owner of Pacific Pro Painting was very professional from the moment we met him while giving us an estimate throughout the course of our project. They were prompt and courteous. Vadim and David did an amazing job painting our two story house and staining the deck! They asked us to do walk arounds a few times to make sure everything looked ok. They didn t hesitate to make a change on my deck even though it meant the project would take longer. They worked 12 hours days until the project was completed. The work was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. I was also impressed by how courteous and accommodating PacificPro was to my busy family. Additionally, they were super clean and quiet. I will definitely hire them again for another painting project.

I would have given them 5 stars straight across but when I contract to have my house painted that includes the basement windows and frames. They refused to do them. Therefore, I will not hire them again.
