Jason Griesbach doing business as Gen3builders LLC. DO NOT HIRE!! I hired him to rebuild my deck. He substituted a lower quality decking than what I had ordered. He did not finish the job and disappeared. I had to hire another contractor to finish the project and to correct multiple mistakes and substandard work; costing more money. He is dishonest, a cheat and unethical. DO NOT HIRE!!

He is not a man of his word he told me that he would come back if it leaks, he promised 99.9% that it wont leak. When I called him to come back to fix it he gave just excuses.

Jason was great! He was patient with all of my questions and explained everything so that I could understand. He was always on time, cleaned up after every day's work, and completed the project on time. His project price was honest and fair, worth every penny! I 100% recommend Jason/Gen 3 Builders, LLC.

Jason was great to work with. He kept me informed on the progress and when materials would be coming. He finished the deck quickly. It looks wonderful and I have had many compliments on it. Iâ m looking forward to warmer weather and spending time on it. I would highly recommend Gen3!

Jason is amazing! He rescued us after another contractor bailed on us; he not only completed the Decking project for us, he also took the time to fix mistakes made by the other contractor. He is a consummate professional and his work is exemplary. He was extraordinarily flexible in coming to complete the work at different times due to other projects we had going on.
