"Pressure washing went fine (missed a section). Painting ok but did not prep like promised. Re-caulking was not done. Screw holes left by previous gutters etc. were not filled but just painted over. Contract said 2 coats of paint but only got one (no back roll but was not in contract). No crew but only 1 man (he was fast - painted house and trim in 2 days). House was decent but trim was a bit sloppy (not clean lines, trim paint drops on deck steps etc.). All in all, B- to B."

"Jerry was quick to respond and negotiate the bid as I had additional requests to add to the bid. I had several other bids that needed further negotiations that were not adequately addressed. Jerry was responsive to my concerns and made an effort to address any issues. I wanted the gutter painted as I noticed the unpainted gutters attract dirt and stain over time and Jerry had no problem adding that to the bid. Most of the work was completed by his worker.
