Virgil and his son Issac just completed our 850 SQ FT deck. This particular deck project was a complete tear down and rebuild with composite decking. The project was quite large and very technical. We were very satisfied with the overall process through to the final product. From the very beginning Virgil was up front about the details of the project and followed through on all commitments. Damage found as a result of weather (water damage, rot, etc.) was dealt with immediately and not simply covered up. Their craftmanship and attention to detail is exceptional. The project site was kept clean at all times with attention given to safety. All Renovations and Construction – Virgil and his son Isaac – lately replaced the siding and insulation in the external walls of our house. They did a very nice job. We hired Virgil to remodel our main bathroom 7 months ago and he did such a fantastic job that we hired him again to remodel our living room, dinning room, and guest room. Virgil took great care to understand the scope of the work and was very upfront about what was included and not included in the cost estimates. As the work progressed, Virgil was always very patient when we approached him with change requests. He would provide us with a quote and if we agreed with it he would write up a change order and do the work. Virgil and Isaac did most of the work them selves, but he also had an excellent team of professionals around him that did the tile work, flooring, and drywall. Once he started a job, he dedicated his time to complete that job before committing to another job. We are halfway through our planned projects and look forward to the opportunity of working with Virgil again.

Virgil replaced a small deck and a large dock, both were done on time, within the estimates rules and when a step required owner input, he sought that input in a timely manner and provided enough explanation so as to make the owner feel assured they were getting the best outcome given the situation. Very professional, I would use his services again.

I am not sure what is more amazing, Virgil or the work his crew performed for us. Our bathroom is beautiful and perfectly done. Every day my wife and I feel blessed by our new shower and how wonderful it is. My pictures do not do it justice. Last year we had a leak in the shower tile due to poor initial construction from 2006. This caused our ceiling in our dining room to blow out as the water leaked into it. We contracted Virgil to remodel the bathroom and then to repair the ceiling. Not only was the bathroom tile perfectly done along with painting, he was able to repair the ceiling in a way that is impossible to tell anything happened. I am OCD about this and every tile was perfect. Not one misalignment. I know because I looked at every line. As a note, to repair the ceiling, he had to take a section of the wall out and get a paint match. He then repaired the area and the paint matched perfectly. The job took weeks to complete as expected and we got to know him and his crew. We quickly picked up on he is a man of great character and integrity. We left on vacation and allowed him to come and go through the house event though we were not home. And, what a delight his son was! Note the ceiling picture. There was a giant hole there and a large section of the green/brown paint was missing. In the pictures you cannot even tell there was a hole in the ceiling!! I would not hesitate on any remodel when it comes to Virgil and crew.

Virgil replaced an existing deck. He was an expert in the type of replacement material to use, and was an expert in detected rotted areas and rebuilding them in a very quality way. This, of course, required change orders to our existing bid. Virgil was fair and transparent with every change. He finished the job to perfection.

Virgil did major repair work on our porch and 2nd floor deck. It looks great! He is very reliable and is very concerned about getting everything done right. I would definitely call him again if our house need other work.

Virgil is a very diligent worker, kept us well within our budget, walked us through it step by step, turned a disaster into a very nice experience for my family and I.

Virgil was great to work with, from beginning to end. Removed a large jetted tub, tile surround, existing tile flooring and linen storage cabinet. Installed new floor tile, replaced can lights, installed window, shower bench, shower shelf, new fixtures, baseboard. Existing walls were not plumb, but he made it all work. He even did a couple extra things for me. Beautiful job. Also rebuilt a raised section of flooring in the garage for the laundry area. I am very pleased with the outcome, and Virgil provided great communications throughout the process - always giving a quick response to any questions I had. Great experience. Highly recommend this contractor.

Had all renovations and construction do a large amount of work on my home. They were extremely professional and did amazing quality work. The lead contractor, Virgil, was very helpful and walked us through every part of the job and made sure we understood not only what they would be doing and where, but also kept us in the loop when they ran into issues from our house having water damage and other problems from a previous poor quality renovation. They were considerably under the cost of any other contractors I called and were under half the price on the new roof we had installed. I would absolutely recommend working with Virgil. I am keeping his card and will be contacting him if I have any more work to be done!

He operates with a great deal of integrity and transparency. He holds his employees to his standards. While not the lowest in price, his integrity and quality make it worth every penny. He takes his time and does the job right.

They did a full remodel of master bath and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. He was a great communicator, letting us know what our options were and are and he would be there as well as what the next step was. The job was finished beautiful in the time frame he predicted. He guided us away from mistakes we might have made out of ignorance. He and his crew were neat, friendly and respectful of our space. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and we plan on using his services in the future.

Has done our living room, dining room, and bathroom work for us, Also a garage roof. Hardworking, crews are great, very satisfied with all the work he has done for us. Started kind of late in the day but I do have him coming back to do more work for us.
