"Very well. After the inspection they provided an estimate for repairs to the chimney, which I accepted. The repairs were professional and timely. The costs were reasonable, $89.00 plus tax for clean and inspect, $459.00 plus tax for repairs."

"Morgan was on time, very organized and conscientious about not being messy, and extremely knowledgeable about how to fix my fireplace. He even touched up the paint job on the fireplace to make it look like new. I was happy with everything he did and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a fireplace repair or service."

"Our fireplace is about 16 years old and had stopped working. Jody came out and took a look and said it could be cleaned up and fixed instead of trying to sell us on replacement of the entire thing. Danielle is fantastic and got us set up with our appointment quickly. We experienced a setback the day before and she was compassionate and eager to help us work things out. These are good people and we appreciate the quality of work and great costumer care. Thank you both! Would definitely recommend them for service and repair!"

"Excellently. The owner was there every day to start the work or work side by side with his crew. They had excellent work ethic! Very professional and friendly. We knew that we would be on late fall weather and was iffy if they could do the touchdown on the car ports. Turned out the weather cooperated enough in the month to complete the job. There were two minor problems which the owner came out to repair the next day. Very responsive. Great cleanup. Neat workers. We'd hire them again,

Chimney Repair questions, answered by experts

If your couch is damaged, you are not out of options. You might try fixing it on your own, bring in a furniture repair specialist, or opt to get rid of it responsibly. Depending on its condition, you could donate, sell, recycle, or drop it off at a local scrap facility.

The cost to repair leather furniture typically ranges from $100 to $400, with an average of around $250. A minor repair, such as a small scratch or tear, may cost between $100 and $150. However, larger, more complex repairs, including total reupholstery, can cost $4,000 or more. The final price depends on several factors, including the type of repair, the extent of the damage, the quality of the leather, the furniture's build and maintenance level, and whether additional repairs are needed for the structure or padding. A leather repair specialist can provide a precise estimate based on your specific project.

Ongoing maintenance of your leather furniture is the only way to prevent it from peeling and cracking. Real leather will peel and crack as it dries out. Leather conditioners are a great way to protect your leather furniture from drying out, and you’ll need to apply it about twice each year. It’s also a good idea to keep abrasive materials away from your leather to prevent cracking and peeling, including belt buckles, shoes, and multi-surface cleaners, especially those that contain alcohol.

Yes, most couches can be disassembled, especially those that were delivered flat-packed for assembly. To take a couch apart, you can typically detach components like the legs, arms, and backrest. The process often involves removing the cushions, unscrewing the legs, and separating sectional pieces or the seat frame. If you have the manufacturer's instructions, they will provide the clearest guide on which parts are designed to be removed.

You should consider the time needed to clean and prepare your bedroom set for transit. A few days before moving, vacuum, dust, and clean your furniture with a mild cleaning solution. Depending on the movers and the services you pick, you might need to pre-pack the mattress and box spring in boxes designed for beds and disassemble some furniture by removing doors and hardware. Finally, don’t forget to take plenty of pictures documenting the pre-move condition in case you need to file a claim.
