The service man was later than scheduled, but was apologetic and when I asked for an additional item addressed, he did so at no further cost. I was very pleased with the experience and the efficiency and professionalism.

The scheduling was extremely easy and fast - they were scheduled the same week I contacted them. They arrive within the window stated and completed the job in the same window. The gentlemen were very professional and curious, leaving my fireplace cleaner than when they arrived. The chimney was extremely dirty with soot and they cleaned it out and it now draws better than ever before. They did recommend one fix to the fireplace which we will do if we decide to keep the wood-burning fireplace and not replace it with gas (which we are considering). We will use this company to service our chimney going forward and would highly recommend them.

Great! Professional and quick service

The work was done efficiently, professionally and in good time. The chimney looks great and I feel confident that any possible leak was taken care of. The gentlemen that did the work were friendly and trustworthy.

It did not go at all. Made a appointment over a week ago. For today 9/24, between 1 and 4. Pulled my pellet stove out, has to have a piece bolted on to pull it out. Got a email yesterday to confirm the appointment. Then got one today at about 11;30, and it said they would be here by 1. At a little after 1 I get a call from there secretary that says he ran into trouble, and he won’t be able to make until Monday. So I am suppose to leave my pellet stove sit in the middle of my family room until Monday. What a joke. I would not recommend this person to do any work. I worked for Coke for thirty years, if we pulled something like that, we would not be back in the account. Maybe it was because he was giving us the Angie’s list special. I am going to turn this over to the better business bureau also.

Great! Just as expected was quick to get everything set up and then was honest and gave us a great estimate for repairs that were needed.

The crew arrived on time and did the job very well. They left my house as clean as when they arrived, and the firebox looks great. I didn't know they they would not empty the collection space behind/under the chimney, but that was fine because they actually *removed* the ashes, they didn't put them into the space, so we didn't have any problems with running out of room. Nice people and good service. We definitely will use Puget Sound Pro Chimney Services again.

Very well. After the inspection they provided an estimate for repairs to the chimney, which I accepted. The repairs were professional and timely. The costs were reasonable, $89.00 plus tax for clean and inspect, $459.00 plus tax for repairs.

Excellent, punctual and courteous service. Despite it being a ‘dirty’ job, crew arrived prepared, solved the issue and let no mess. Will hire again.

Great- on time, professional, and great communication

I originally hired Puget Sound Pros to repair my chimney flashing and crown. The flashing was caulked on, instead of mortared into the chimney. I complained but was harassed for payment and told the flashing was installed correctly. A year later there was water leaking into my attic. They came to repair it and the leaking increased. They've now been back to repair it again but I have little faith it was done properly and will likely just pay another company to re-do it. It also looks terrible.
