NWR Arborist arrived on time, discussed each tree / bush to be pruned and got to work. They did an excellent job with every tree /bush and left the yard clean and clear of debris. This is the second time we have used them and both times have been extremely happy with the results.

They did a great job.  Came on time, worked very hard and cleaned everything out just like I wanted.

After few days of rain and high winds we had an uprooted cottonwood tree in our back yard, very close to the house.

I called a few tree companies to get bids for this job.  NW Residential Arborist called me back the same day, they also came on that day to give me an estimate for the job.  The bid was reasonable, and they were ready to start the next day.  They did a GREAT!!!! job.  Came on time, removed the trees, pus some additional cottonwoods that could potentially cause danger.  Did amazing job cleaning up!

This company also grinds stumps, and after the removal was done I asked them to give me a bid on stump removal.  Again the price was right!

 Few days later Dave came back and grinded all the stumps, plus as a bonus he removed all of our old existing stumps!!!!!

The job was completed on time and per their commitment. They cleaned up well after completion.

I called David earlier today and within 2 hours he had called back with a quote and arrived at 6:00 PM to remove the tree.  The tree was gone and stumps ground down by 7:30 PM.  They removed all the limbs and wood and cleaned the area.  Amazing service for a great price!

Dave was very professional and responsive. When I called to ask for an estimate, he was available that day. He evaluated the trees I was concerned about and also took a look at several much larger evergreens further down our steep slope. He found those trees to be in good condition. He provided an estimate on-site and let me know they could usually schedule the work within 7 days. 
Since the trees to be removed were in a steep slope buffer zone, the city required a report from the arborist stating the reason. Dave provided that within 24 hours.
The day of the work, Dave and his crew arrived on-time, performed the work in a professional manner, left the stumps as we requested, took all branches and wood with them, and left our backyard with everything in place. They worked well as a team, and used a communication system that kept everyone safe. They brought a wood-chipper with them and disposed of the branches immediately. Dave noticed a bush that had fallen over some time ago and offered to dispose of it or replant it at no additional charge. They were finished and had everything cleaned up within a few hours.
After seeing the quality of their work, I am considering hiring them for some additional landscaping work. And my neighbor asked for a bid to remove some of her trees.
