I called Natures Way following a January storm which left one tree down and another hanging over my roof above my bedroom. Mike answered the phone and came out right away. I called other providers but the storm had downed numerous trees and it took several days to get return calls from all of them. Mike was very friendly and professional; he identified another tree that was leaning and split...a friend and I missed this and I shudder to think what might have happened if Mike had not surveyed the area closely. His price may have been a bit high (but perhaps not as I did not wait for other quotes) but his work was exemplary and focused on my priorities. I wanted the tree hanging over my bedroom removed 1st and he came back that afternoon to do this. He was thoughtful about removing the split tree, which was very tall and required careful planning to avoid property damage when it fell. Mike communicated clearly throughout the process and completed the job over 2 or 3 days, interspersing the work between other jobs he had on contract with the city/county. Unbeknownst to me, he damaged a portion of my chain link fence but he told me about it and fixed it promptly. I was very happy about his services and accommodating nature.

Mike and his crew are fast and thorough. Many of the large trees I had remove were sandwiched between the house and the fence with one overhanging the house. They did an excellent job taking these down and were very careful not to damage any of the surrounding structures or landscaping. The crew also did a great job trimming the large trees along the fence line. Mike is an arborist and it really showed in how these trees were pruned. Great job, on budget! Mike and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them next time I need an arborist or tree service!

The owner, Mike, scaled the largest tree to trim it. (Both he and his wife are arborists.) Mike made pruning decisions based on the health of each tree and future plans for it. We appreciated that.

Nature's Way Tree Service was amazing. I spoke with Michael the owner and he set up a time to come see our job with in the week. When he came out to see the orchard, he spent a lot of time looking at what he felt needed to be done, discussed how his crew would approach the job, specified the time and cost and most importantly gave laid out a game plan and schedule to keep our orchard and lilac healthy. I had a written estimate in my hand that day. Michael's crew was was on time and very professional...they couldn't have been nicer. They worked so hard and there were no surprises...the cost was exactly as written in the bid. They were great and we are so happy to have a reliable company to take care of our orchard. We are going to set up a yearly schedule with Nature's Way Tree Service.

Work was completed as requested in a short period of time.  Nature's Way cleaned up the work area.  We would certainly use them again in the future.

Mike arrived on site on time and very quickly cleared our hillside.  He went above and beyond our requirements, trimming the downed trees so that the branches would lay flat on the ground for quicker decomposition, in addition to the better appearance.  I would have absolutely no problem recommending Mike and will definitely use him again for my future arborist needs.

Mike set up the appointment for the estimate, he showed up on time, was extremely informative and helpful. The price he quoted was reasonable. The work was scheduled to be done within a couple of days. Mike and his helper showed up early, did all the work he quoted. They were very good at removing the wisteria vine which had become entangled in my neighbor's hedge, they took the care to do this without damaging the hedge. The shaping of the hedge was done very well, they even got the very high up bits that previous people had not been able to reach. Mike also explained how the cherry tree had been over-pruned by the last people to do the work (it didn't bloom for 3 years after the last pruning) and how he would prune it to keep it away from the house, establish a good shape for it but not over-stress it so it would keep blooming. They cleaned up everything beautifully and I am very pleased with the work. I will be hiring Nature's Way Tree Service to do all my tree/pruning work from now on.

The job was scheduled to begin at 8 AM. Mr. Harrell arrived promptly and took care not to block the neighbors' driveways with his equipment. He quickly got to work pruning the ornamental Cherry in the front yard. He did a and quot;fine pruningand quot; as opposed to just giving the tree a and quot;buzz cutand quot; around the edges. I noticed that when he climbed up to get to inner branches, he took his time and was very thorough. He took off about 25% overall. I was especially pleased with how he respected the garden area below this tree (with several large Hostas in bloom right now). He took care to aim and drop large branches away from plants. When I inspected the area afterward, not a single plant was damaged. He moved on to the back yard to cut down and remove the Weeping Cherry. I had requested that the stump be taken as close to the ground as possible. He did an excellent job of accommodating that request. I am very satisfied with Mr. Harrell's work. He worked steadily from start to finish, respected our property, did a fine clean-up job, and paid attention to details. Even my neighbors noticed so they asked for his business card. Mr. Harrell's professionalism and quality work have earned my family's business. We will not hesitate to use his services again!

As per my request, he also did a walk-through of my back yard and did a visual inspection of the trees back there as well as give me a suggestion of where to plant a small tree I had brought from my previous residence. I was worried that a pruner/trimmer would cut back too much for my liking. He did an excellent job and the price was on the low end of the figure range he gave me over the phone when I made the appointment. I highly recommend this company!

Nature's Way showed up on time and immediately got to work. Within an hour most of the work was complete. It was amazing to watch the ease and comfort they had being in the huge tree. They careful inspected each limb and only took out the dead wood that was posing a risk to the tree, and anyone who happens to be below the tree.

They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone need any kind of tree service. We were educated on our types of trees as well as approximate age and issues with each kind. They took the time to address every one of our concerns and discuss potential solution to each one. I will be having them come back out to perform some addition work later this year, and in all honesty even if quoted another price that may be lower I would go with Nature's Way Tree Service instead.



Long story short, you pay for what you get and with this arborist you pay and get much more!

They do excellent work. They are very professional.
