"Needed drywall replaced in spare bedroom. Had a broken pipe in the room and lower drywall was soaking up the water. Had a specialist come in the run a machine to remove drywall and and get a special machine that removed mold in that room. That took a week. Specialist calls to setup a bid and replace lower drywall. Asked for a time line he said it would be a week before everything got done. He said the delay is because making appointments for people to get out was were the delay is at.
