They came within the timeline they said (big plus) In my opinion the crew (of Brandons) went above & beyond. Took care of the tons of leaves the maple turns away every fall/winter My backyard looks better than it did yesterday! They were friendly, fantastic, fun, flipping amazing and our dogs liked them too. We recommend them to everyone who needs an arborist. "These guys are fantastic. We met with several arborists, and Brenda & Jose impressed us from the moment we met them. One tree was a problematic situation because it was our neighbor's tree that we needed to have the branches removed from our property, and our neighbor was not cooperating. Originally we planned to have the tree cut with a hedge trimer right up the property line. Jose cared enough and hand-cut each branch individually. This tree is at least 75' tall. The other two trees we in our back yard and again, the team at Altaview performed to perfection."

"This company was Profesional, experienced and friendly. We had a large fir tree stump removed from our backyard. The technician had to guide the stump grinder through a narrow space of 36 inches to get to our backyard. He did a excellent job being mindfull of our new garden, fence and stamped colored concrete."

"The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work."

"Santiago first came with another worker to clean up our medium sized yard after we had so many stickers and yellow brushes torn down with industrial machines. we needed the roots pulled out from a large bush and the two of them did it so fast like it was nothing! Since then Santiago has come every week during the growing season and every other week non-growing season. he has always been on time and has done little extra things for us like clearing the under porch area and shaping our apple tree. we have spoken about doing other projects as well and I can not recommend his services enough. Just a great guy with a green thumb that knows his stuff!"
