"Their initial contact was extremely fast. The rental I was calling about was a pretty severe case of flea infestation. The technician came out, assessed the environment, which required bagging clothes and exposing as much of the carpet and floor surface as possible, before spraying. He was more concerned about ensuring their service would be successful, rather than spraying upon his initial visit and most likely requiring a follow-up application. He also indicated a couple other activities that should be performed, to minimize the possibility of a subsequent infestation.
