Kien was able to make several visits to our home prior to starting to ensure that all repairs needed to the existing floors were identified in advance and taken care of during the floor refinishing process. This included patching some empty spaces that were previously covered by carpet and installing new trim pieces at floor transitions. The repaired sections blend naturally with the existing flooring.
