Conn's Heating & AirSean was so nice and really knew his stuff. Not only did he get our AC working quickly, but he made it more efficient while he was at it. LD Swain & SonBrandon was amazing! My mom's heat pump was acting up this past Saturday. Brandon called mom first thing in the morning to set up a timeline of when he would be at the house. She had an appointment in the afternoon to get her 2nd coronavirus vaccine. He said he would call her at 4pm after her appointment to arrange a time to come to the house. Brandon called when he said he would. He was great with my elderly mom. He kept her updated of when he be at the house. He found the problem and fixed it. He explained what broke to my mom. being in retail my whole life i dont often complain about a company or store. usually pick up my business and go some where else if not sastified. after having problems after each maintenance visit and the head of service admitiing it may have been there fault they actually dropped me. while they did make good and there errors i guess i was a problem customer to them. how many times can they come and within 2 or 3 days something goes wrong. maybe the problem is on the other foot.

Originally spoke with Brett re: whole home standby generator. We chose not to install but he suggested an alternative for allowing a portable generator to power our panels. The quote, at a bit over $1k, was less than other electricians that don't do this as often. Brady and Alex arrived on time, knew what they were doing, and were polite and professional. Literally turn-key service including the admin folks on the phone. Highly recommended.
