Duct Pros

I had my ducts cleaned and my AC unit checked out. The tech Beau (I think owner) showed up right on time, was extremely professional, and explained everything he was doing. My AC was blowing too cold. he found that the capacitor was a bit weak. but instead of trying to upsell or overcharge me, he adjusted it and made sure everything was running smoothly without charging me a dime. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days!

Hired them to come clean my air vents in my house. I was astonished by the difference of the before and after of my air ducts. Never would have thought they were so dusty. They were very professional, on time and did an outstanding job.

Duct Pros was knowledge about exactly what I needed and was looking for. If you have a lot of dust in your home or office I would tell you to call them. My home has way less dust than before Beau, the Owner, came to clean the air ducts. He also suggested sanitizing the ducts with a chemical that kills mold and other things in the air now my home smells clean all the time.

The installation was less than seamless. Took multiple visits to get the unit to quit freezing up. Now the furnace trips the breaker and is useless. I contacted and set an appointment. Had to cancel due to covid. Have been trying to get in contact after testing negative and my calls are not even going to voice mail just getting ignored until I called from a friend's phone, magically got voice-mail but still no response from Christopher to fix the more than 5k unit that is less than a year old, under a 2 year replacement warranty, 10 year part warranty.

Changed the price on me and did not reinstall insulation!

Christopher was prompt. He was able to diagnose the full issue in less than an hour and had my dryer up and running within 2. He came in under estimate at $285 dollars. My only complaint is that he is not setup to take credit cards at this point. That being said I am 100% satisfied with the service he provided.

Was a bit more expensive than expected. $450 to clean washer and dryer, replaced belt and bushings in dryer. He was on time, completed job quickly. Did a great job... Had to go back to town to get parts, and charged for trip. I was expect $200- 300 for work.

Christopher called me right away, was available at a time that was good for me, was prompt (called me when he was running a few minutes late) and did the job for a reasonable amount. He does not take credit cards, so have cash or a check ready.
