"Quite smoothly. My Williamsburg house has two a/c systems that needed to be replaced because they had outlived their useful lives. I turned to Nelson's on the high recommendation of a neighbor. I received a prompt, friendly estimate of the costs involved, and we arranged for the replacements to be installed on 30 and 31 July. Despite some heavy rain on the 30th the upstairs system was installed by late afternoon; the downstairs system went in on the 31st in about the same amount of time. The guys were prompt, they were exceedingly courteous, and they left no mess. Nelson's is a first-class outfit, and I was pleased to become one of their customers."

"I live in Florida, lightning capitol, so I felt having lightning rods installed would be great protection for my house. I would recommend this company if you want to protect your house. They were very professional and efficient. Because of many different roof lines on my house, they needed to install 7 rods. They arrived at noon and finished in a couple of hours. I am very happy with their work, and feel much safer."

"I got quotes from 4 other companies. Worley's was the only one who looked for and found the water shut off valve behind a shelving unit in my garage.They were very detail oriented. The man who found the turn off valve asked about my water heater. Where was it. He decided that the updated code required a tank to be installed above the water heater. When they did the job of replacing the water line in my front yard, they also put box with a turn off valve in the ground in front of my home. They were very neat and cleaned up after the job was done. All of the men who came here to work were very polite, nice guys."

"Superb experience! Greg provided an education along with the estimate and each team that has come out to place the generator, wire the generator, and complete the install (after the propane gas hook up) has been terrific -- professional, courteous, wearing masks per CDC and Virginia guidelines. The installation, (generator, transfer switch, panel and status lights) are all finished to a T and look great, too!"
