I was forced to pay an additional $1,892.50 before loading began. Only half the truck was filled, and I was told the rest would cost $1,200 more?even though all items were part of the original quote. Items left behind included TVs, a desk, recliners, and bedroom sets. The mover said they'd return the next day, but as of the 10:02pm of July 4, the move remains incomplete. This reflects deceptive pricing, failure to disclose subcontracting, and violation of moving laws. I request a refund and will continue to investigate both companies."
