I left a message over the weekend about a clogged dryer vent. First thing Monday morning I received a phone call with technician coming the next day. They were prompt and courteous, cleaning the dryer duct in no time. I would diffidently call Shiny Ducts again!

They are professional cleaning and sanitizing ducts experts. Their equipment is state-of-the-art, pictures are taken “Before” of how filthy the ducts and vents were and, then “After” pics that show the ducts clean and shiny. Shiny Ducts did a thorough job and when they finished my rental home, it had a clean fresh scent. They are definitely getting more duct cleaning and sanitizing jobs from me. Additionally, seeing the “Before” and “After” pics made me aware of how important it is to periodically get air ducts in a home professionally cleaned. Clean, sanitized ducts improve the inside air quality because clean air will blow out into the room through the vents instead of dust, mold, pet hair, and other allergens. I highly recommend Shiny Ducts.

The employees were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job! I would hire them again.

The techs were friendly and got the job done. My only complaint is I emailed Manuel with a question after the job, & I have not received a reply (it’s been 2 days). My smoke alarm went off the first time I had the furnace on after the cleaning. I believe it was caused by dust disturbed during the cleaning which I thought their machine would have vacuumed out. This is my first time having my vents cleaned so I didn’t know what to expect. Is this smoky (dust) normal? I’m hoping there will be less dust from here on out. Guess time will tell.

I have not received my before and after pictures regarding the job. I can only assume they accomplished the task as advertised. Both men were very courteous, very presentable and were very efficient with their use of time. They left the house very clean as they found it.

The crew from Shiny Ducts was professional and thorough. The duct cleaning made a big difference in bringing down the level of dust in the house. A year after having the ducts cleaned we are still pleased with the work they did. We will definitely use them again.

Great customer service

The didnt even hook up my dryer vent. It would have been more professional to say we dont do that. I called them 3x they wont return my calls and Ive left messages. I think they were way over priced.

Kind of expensive but the air quality felt better.
