Nelson's HVAC has been servicing my HVAC needs for at least years. Without fail, this company has SURPASSED my expectations as far as timeliness, professionalism, integrity, superb technicians and costs. I cannot overemphasize just how wonderful this company is. You simply can't go wrong with them.

Job was done efficiently and effectively

Water heater pilot would not remain lighted. Diagnosed as a thermocouple failure as suspected. I called and requested service at 8:30 am, and was told to expect a technician to arrive between 10 and 10:30. The technician actually arrived before the estimated time, was courteous, completed the repair promptly, and left the work area cleaned up.

The installation went as expected. The technicians were very professional and did exactly as expected. We would certainly recommend and hire again.

This is the 2nd year we’ve hired this company to service our hvac systems. The service guy was running ahead of schedule so he called to seem if I was available for an earlier appointment. I was home so it worked out great. He was very professional throughout the entire time & yes, I will definitely call them again.

The team performed routine maintenance on my system and while onsite gave me a personal call with their findings and asked if I had concerns or questions. This company also installed my system when I built the home and the team was very responsive and helpful. I oversee a multitude of HVAC equipment for my company and I utilize this company because of the immediate response and work ethic.

This was my first time using Nelson's. They were on time and very professional. The service tech remived his shoes when on my home, which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about my system. I was comfortable letting him in my home and will be using them again. I signed up for their biyearly maintenance program.

Everything went fine. The installation crew was right on schedule and completed all the work in less than two days. The installation crew cleaned up all the packaging etc and took it with them when they left.

The only drawback is you have to remember to call them for preventative service, they don’t have a mechanism for reminding you that service is due. 15

Wonderful, punctual service and very professional! We were not expecting AC issues In our newly constructed two-year-old home...Dan came out and not only got the AC going but explained thoroughly what was causing the issue and the French drain design of our home… He suggested a long-term solution and after allowing us time to investigate, promptly resolved the additional problem of drainage in our crawlspace. All at a very reasonable price.We were impressed and highly recommend this company!
