They also repaired a window that developed a gap around the window causing air to leak in and out of the house. Phillips Construction did a superb job determining the problem and doing the repairs effectively within in 4 days. They were excellent in cleaning up after their work. I highly recommend Phillips Construction for all home repairs including replacing water damaged wood under the siding and home wrap."
