The repair technician was very y timely, courteous and professional. I asked him how long has he been repairing garage doors because he was very knowledgeable about the job itself and he offered the fact that The Precision company really takes the time needed to make sure the staff is well trained and informed. I was 100% satisfied and will most definitely use them again and recommend to all I know

My garage door was installed by Precision technician Jeremy Serrano. He was on time, removed and installed the new door to perfection in approximately 2 1/2 hours. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up every step of the way. The final product was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door products. Thank You Jeremy!

They have bad sale representatives. Never returned calls. Everything started when my door was making some weird noise. I contacted them and the customer service set up an appointment for Friday 10th of January. The technician showed up and fix the door but recommended me to have the door replaced due to is all rusted out. So I told him to quoted it and I agreed with the price. The installation date was set up for the following week, but later in the day I called with some questions. The customer service told me that someone will call me. Didn't happen that day, I wait for next day and the call didn't happen either. So I cancelled the entire deal and requested my money back. That was beginning of last week and today 24 January I haven't received my money. T

I explained my problem and the technician knew exactly how to fix my problem. the new garage door opener is quiet, with a code to open from the outside, and while on vacation, you can disable your door.
