Normally I would get estimates from at least 3 companies but when I met with Patrick, I was impressed with what he had to say. He accurately assessed the job, took no money up front, gave me a quote (not an estimate) and told me when to expect the work to be done. Once the work began, Patrick checked with me several times to ensure the job was being done to my satisfaction. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed. "m in process of selling my house and I got dinged for what I originally thought were minor foundation cracks. I decided to have multiple companies come in and take a look at the issue. Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."
