They arrived when they said they would in the afternoon to prep the area and arrived 1/2 early on the morning of the pour. They worked swiftly, and carefully and all of the work was completed in one day as they said it would be. I would certainly recommend them for any concrete and masonry work and would hire them again for any future work needed."

"Custom Masonry was one of several companies we contacted based on neighborhood recommendations. They provided a prompt estimate that was very reasonable and a very quick timeline. They showed up on time and ready to work with only a couple hiccups in communication. We realized belatedly the masonry cap the team installed was incorrect, but Custom Masonry was extremely responsive. "Lux foundation repair did a wonderful job at my home. I have 4 pipes coming into my home that had deteriorating seals around the pipe. The seals had deteriorated to the point that I had a large plastic box under the pipes so that after every rain I would collect the water that otherwise would have destroyed our finished basement. After small storms, I would collect a couple gallons, after very large storms, I would collect over 8 gallons of water in the box. I spoke to one contractor who suggested excavating the outside of the home. No small task since the pipes enter about 6’ below grade and it would have involved removing several established plants. I was surprised with the estimator from Lux informed me that they could solve the problem from inside the home. I was surprised that the estimator was very confident that he could not only fix the problem, but guarantee that it would fix the problem. The work team arrived on time, quickly did their work and left. When the next storm arrived, I checked the box….no water at all. Was it painless? Yes. Was it worth the money? Yes."
