"Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your kind words concerning the extended communication by Gerardo and me during our multiple phone conversations, onsite meeting, texts, and emails. We are indeed a company that believes in educating the client thoroughly about the multiple options and outcomes for their projects. We are not about just selling, but designing, providing answers and problem-solving. You mentioned to me that you have had difficulty trusting other companies over the many years that your drainage problem has existed. We respect that and therefore offered our superb record of creating long-lasting solutions to you. Our website, which you reached me through thoroughly discusses many of the issues of concern you have raised However, I am sorry that you remain confused and I apologize for that. First, you paid a $45.00 Consultation Fee, (which until this month was refundable if you chose to work with Green Lady). As noted on the website and reiterated on the phone, we provide a personal onsite visit with a partner of Green Lady, Gerardo Cruz, and a follow-up Itemized, Project Proposal based on that meeting for that fee. We do provide drawings to clients and you were offered one if you chose to work with Green Lady. Your project which included PVC pipe drainage cost over $3,000.00. The work was personally laid out for you to see with my partner, Gerardo Cruz of West Potomac Masonry. However, after receiving the Project Proposal, you were not interested in paying for drawings for submission to the HOA. This is not a standard business practice. However, if you wanted to submit to the HOA without our drawing you could have done as many clients do and created your own drawings with the assistance of photos from Green Lady for HOA submission based on the detailed measurements and layout we provided for you for free. Secondly, it is noted on the website and in our conversation that our minimum project fee is $3,000.00. Lastly, You note that Green Lady's contract does not allow changes once signed. This is not true. Our years of clients will gladly tell you we are very flexible once we have a deposit. After telling us repeatedly that you do not want to work with our business structure, your last text to me stated, "I prefer to work with just one company..." As explained, on the phone and in writing, Green Lady Masonry and Drainage Solutions is one company representing a partnership between a masonry company and myself a home improvement contractor. You repeatedly wrote and stated, that our internal business structure does not suit you. Mutually, through text. you and I agreed that perhaps another contractor could better take care of your projects since you did not agree with our business model. I continue to wish you the best of luck on your projects and assure you that Green Lady remains what you expected in your original email to me, "I'm happy to work with a contractor that I can trust and work with, on a long-term or several projects over a period of time..."
