"Lux foundation repair did a wonderful job at my home. I have 4 pipes coming into my home that had deteriorating seals around the pipe. The seals had deteriorated to the point that I had a large plastic box under the pipes so that after every rain I would collect the water that otherwise would have destroyed our finished basement. After small storms, I would collect a couple gallons, after very large storms, I would collect over 8 gallons of water in the box. I spoke to one contractor who suggested excavating the outside of the home. No small task since the pipes enter about 6’ below grade and it would have involved removing several established plants. I was surprised with the estimator from Lux informed me that they could solve the problem from inside the home. I was surprised that the estimator was very confident that he could not only fix the problem, but guarantee that it would fix the problem. The work team arrived on time, quickly did their work and left. When the next storm arrived, I checked the box….no water at all. Was it painless? Yes. Was it worth the money? Yes."

"Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block .
