The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend.

In my back yard I had a leaning brick wall. I called a few masonry places in the area. Most were very expensive so I researched online and found J Sanchez. Jose came over assessed the wall and provided a very reasonable quote. Within a matter of a few days the tore down the original wall and built a new wall. The new wall looks great and he added reenforcement to make sure it would not lean again. When the workers were finished they clean up and put everything back they way they found it. I would definitely call him again if I need any masonry work done.

Excellent work and was very Frank about the condition of the floor and that repairing it wouldn't last. Glad I went with the replacement.

Mr. Sanchez and his team are so easy to work with! He responded the same day to my request for an estimate. He is polite and is true to his word. Of the three estimates, he proposed to do more work than the others at a reasonable price. He and his crew replaced all the mortar in my chimney down to the foundation, digging out shrubbery and soil, and the mortar matches the rest of the house. Save yourself time and just call Mr. Sanchez first.

Rebuilt the chimney from flashing on up in about six hours on short notice

He would not give me an invoice for the work he did even after calling many times, would not return my calls. I would change my ratings if he males me the invoice.

Jose and his crew were very professional and skilled. He did a herringbone pattern of brickwork for a patio.

Fast working, good quality, and easy to work with was our experience, the brickwork they did to fill in an old doorway was seamless - we could not have asked for better quality than what his crew did. They even came back the next day after the mortar set to powerwash the wall - everything looked great! We were very happy with their work and likely to use them for additional work in the future.

Jose and his crew are amazing. They went above and beyond and laid an excellent concrete pad for me.

Great job he did to my front porch, driveway and garage. I will hire him again.

They did a good job of matching new mortar to existing mortar when they did the repair of our brick path

J Sanchez overcharged significantly for a relatively small add on to a sizable job, and did not clean the mortar off the brick sufficiently. I paid him in full($5400) before the brick had dried and I could see the mortar residue. He then refused to even come back and look at the job. Don't make the same mistake I did. P.S. A few days after the above review posted (about two weeks after the job was finished), Mr. Sanchez came back and completed the job satisfactorily. I felt somewhat better, and the work was acceptable, but I was dissatisfied with the way Mr. Sanchez handled the situation. It's possible that extraordinary circumstances occurred in this case, but nevertheless I cannot in good faith recommend his company to others.

Mr. Sanchez replaced a small area of concrete on my driveway as well as mortar repair on my steps. The concrete he used was a completely different color (pink) and he said in time it would blend in. This has NOT happened in 2 years. The rest of the driveway is a standard concrete. Also, the mortar on the steps are a lousy job and the product does not match and it is a caulking material as well, not mortar. I paid $1200 for a job in which has to be redone. I have had other professionals shake their head in dismay on the lousy workmanship. I would give a -0 on the rating scale but the option was not available. UPDATE 8/28/19: I placed a review 2 years ago on the work that Mr Sanchez performed. I am resubmitting an update and check my original review which I still stand by. The statement Mr. Sanchez gave is not correct. I hired him to re-point the bricks that needed repair on my front steps, and to repair a crack on my cement driveway. I did tell him that at that time I was renting the house. He gave me a price on the repair if $1200. He said he could cut out a section of the concrete which would closely match he installed a pink colored cement which he said would look better over time after coming out a second time after I complained... it is still pink does not even closely match and is not the same height as the rest of the driveway, if necessary photos can be provided. I am now in the process of having it repaired by another company.

Mr Jose Sanchez is a true professional and treats every project like it's being done at his home. Great crew and amazing quality. Easy to work with and very honest and reliable person.

Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a wonderful job on our new driveway installation. The result is a beautiful new driveway with a combination of pavers and concrete. The crew showed up early every day, working theough horribly hot weather. Mr. Sanchez was on the job every day, overseeing the work and always communicating with us. Plus, the job was done a few days earlier than predicted! I would highly recommend Mr. Sanchez and in fact, hope to have him do additional jobs at our home.

Look no further, this is your guy. I hired him for a retaining wall and he exceeded all my expectations that I had him do my side walk and back porch. This is your guy.
