They were the highest bidder, but you get what you pay for. They did the most thorough job of re-laying and sealing the flagstones of my walkway. They arrived when they said they would, and worked long hours to complete the job in less than three days. They even helped me, at the spur of the moment, to dig up and replace a clogged drainage pipe in a different area of my yard for a very reasonable additional charge. I highly recommend J & F Construction.

This guy is amazing. We have a large brick porch maybe 30 yrs old in terrible shape. They came out same day and quoted. Followed up with phone calls. We hired and 4 days later porch is like brand new. We will call these people for all future projects.

They repaired instead of replacing all the brick. It looks great and is holding up well.

I originally contacted J&F to have them repair my brick wall. I expanded the project to build a flagstone patio and to repair and reroof my garden shed. They did an outstanding job in completing all 3 projects quickly and with no surprises. Beautiful rebuild of my patio with existing flagstone. Each piece was perfectly trimmed and cemented in. They were able to start quickly and showed up on time each day. Great communication with Mr. Rivas. His partner Francisco does excellent work. I wish I could upload a photo.

J & F Construction did an excellent job on my chimney. Rebuilt the chimney from the flashing up to the top. The bricks were crumbling off the chimney and in need of the repairs. Jesus and Francisco did an excellent job the chimney looks great and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use this company again. Job well done.

We've been homeowners for 30+ years and this company is in the top 3 contractors we've ever hired. They just completed a large outdoor hardscape job for us that involved re-leveling a large patio and some other grading work in order to make better use of space. Jesus and his work partner are very hardworking, responsive, trustworthy professionals who do a high quality job. Jesus was good at analyzing our situation and did not just remediate the problem we were concerned with, he also came up with a better solution that got to the root cause of the issues. We're very pleased and will be hiring J&F for another job next month. Highly recommend!

This was an all around great experience. The team was professional, courteous and exceeded my expectations. The work looks beautiful and they solved all the water problems I was having. I would definitely use this company again and would confidently recommend to anyone.

Arrived promptly as scheduled - worked two 10-hour days to get the project completed, kept us informed as to their progress, made good suggestions, both Jesus and Francisco have a very strong work ethic, cost a bit pricey but glad we hired them to do our project.

Jesus and Fernando did an outstanding job rebuilding our front walk and back patio, removing the flagstone, scraping and chipping away the old mortar, and then resetting the stones. Outstanding work.

This contractor cost a bit more than the other's we talked with. However, Jesus presented the most detailed plan, by far. We knew exactly what to expect and he delivered what was promised and then some. We came to Jesus, just asking for a little touch-up of some mortar joints and resetting of a few loose bricks on our exterior entryway walkway and stairs. He proposed a better solution that we decided to go with (probably the reason his estimate was a little higher). The other companies only provided estimates for exactly what we wanted without proposing options for better outcomes. We agree with the other reviews here. Jesus was very professional and provided excellent service. We're so glad we picked J&F. They did an awesome job!
