"This was the third project Munoz Construction completed for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result. This project was mainly focused on renovating our primary bathroom along with exterior painting, deck repairs and additional electrical work. The reasons we keep hiring Munoz Construction is because they do excellent work and Jose Munoz communicates very well throughout the project so there are no misunderstandings and the customer gets exactly what they want. Jose’s teams are always respectful of our home, making sure to cover the floor with drop cloths and cleaning up thoroughly before leaving each day. Jose is meticulous about everything being done properly to achieve the best possible result. We couldn’t recommend Munoz Construction more highly. This is the only general contractor we will use as we trust them implicitly."

"Fixing horrible construction work on a 5yrs old bd from ''develoer' AX Builders. Tye fronf panel were built without sealant around windows and without screws. The warping panels caused water intrusion into the house when it rains. Gomez Construction crew were knowledgeable, accountable, accommodating to work with during the week long project."

"I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception to highlight the excellent work of Two Brothers on a recent partial basement renovation they completed for us. It is often difficult to find the right contractor--many quote lofty prices, while those that don't often fail to completely deliver. Two Brothers is a rare exception. Their quote was exactly what we thought was fair for the project, far less than others'. Their work, however, reflected that of a highly capable and professional small business. They were consistently polite, on time, and communicative. They understood our needs perfectly and offered solutions to accomplish what we wanted with minimal cost and disruption. They cleaned up after themselves and included some nice finishing touches to give our reno a classy polish. We were so pleased with their work that we added on a few extra items while we had them booked. Not only would we recommend them, but we now consider them our go-to for future projects."

"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. "While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

The crew arrived on time, did the work expected and the work performed was excellent in quality and price. I was given a $200 discount off the price quoted as I painted a door that had been included in the estimate. This is not the first time I used this contractor and will use them again for other home projects that I am unable to do myself. They are an A+ contractor."
