"From the initial consultation to project completion, Jose and his crew did an outstanding job. I had multiple contractors estimate the project, all quotes I received were not only much higher than Jose's, but Jose was the only contractor that actually spent time, wrote everything down, and adequately priced out each component of the project (as this was a large project). I chose Jose due to his thoroughness, trustworthiness, and price. He really cares about his clients and making sure that they're happy. The job consisted of flooring, drywall, insulation, framing, windows, siding, electric, paint, and all trim work. It was all done in about a month, which was impressive. Jose's crew showed up every day he had them scheduled, on time, and even some Saturdays. He has his own crew who does all the work. They were also very personable and clean up every day. As you can see I can't say enough good things about Munoz Contracting and their work, and we will definitely hire him again for the next project."

"The best way for me to sum up my experience with Wells & Wells is simply. You are doing business with just genuinely good people. They take pride in their work, and their customer interactions. Our deck was destroyed by falling trees during the snowstorm in January. We had a regular wood deck and we thought the damage was extensive. After many contractors Wells was the only one that came by and provided an honest assessment. They didnâ t cut corners for cost purposes, they were just honest and real about what needed to be repaired. The not only repaired our deck, they almost completely rebuilt it. For all intents and purposes we now have a new deck. We were able to upgrade from wood to Trex (due to the current cost of lumber). The folks at Wells even told us about the cost differences in wood and Trex and provided professional advice in helping us upgrade. They never tried to price gouge us, they never took advantage. They arrived everyday on time and completed the work on schedule. Throughout the project they would check in to ask how I felt about their work as the project progressed, and they walked me through once it was completed. My wife and I were so impressed with their work that we will be contracting with them from other future projects to improve our home. Itâ s just great to know companies like this are still around."

The work crews were skilled and conscientious and were a pleasure to work with. Workers were on site 6 days a week during the work period and the work was completed in only 5 1/2 weeks. "The end result is what counts. I rate that an "A". I had an overall design in mind and wanted a contractor experienced with basements. I also want a contractor I could work with as I knew there would be a few changes as work progressed. Initially I worked with Omar to layout the contract. That took about a week as we needed to have as many details specified as possible as to what work and material All Renovations was to provide and what I was to do and provide. After the contract was signed there was only one major change affecting the price. That was to move some plumbing and electrical wires that would interfere with installing the drywall in the ceiling. In the contract all the labor was included, even for material that I was to provide. I provided the flooring (2/3 floating vinyl and 1/3 porcelain tile), crown and shoe molding, wall and trim paint, and the wet bar cabinets. Adrian, the foreman, was in charge and did the carpentry, plumbing and electrical. He also advised me of any issues with the design and suggested approaches to make things look right. He also knows the county code and has an eye for aesthetic placement of lights, outlets, doors, entries, etc. The dry wall, painting and laying the floor was done by subs. Basements are difficult places to work with due to the stairs, utility area (HVAC, water heater, well), walls that are not straight, and floors that are not quite level. Adrian was dedicated to the finished quality of the work. He inspected daily the work of the subs. He provided them with instructions and any problems with their work were corrected. The project took about 3 months, longer than expected, but I rated the finished job and "A"."

"This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog). I found this company by researching online reviews. So glad I did my research because I love these people!!"
