"Ms. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback about our company. Excellent customer service is something we take pride in and strive to deliver to every customer, which is why we were concerned when reading about your experience. We examined all our phone, email, and website records, to try to understand what happened and why there was a disconnect here. You stated you called several times over the next week, but we have no record of that. Is there a different phone number other than the one you provided via our website from which you may have called? According to our records from the phone company, only one call was made to our business during that time period that went unanswered. There was no message left. Additionally, the owner of our company personally sent you an email on Tuesday 2/7 in the morning in response to your follow up inquiry. That email was asking you to confirm the meeting for the following Monday. However, we never received any response, which is why we did not move forward since we never heard back from you."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Each project was very unique and exciting in different ways. We appreciate your business."
"Thank you for taking a moment to share these kinds words about our little company. It was a pleasure and our team enjoyed working on your home."
"We're very happy to have worked everything out and provided you with a very nice end result. We always strive to be fair and flexible. Thank you for your review."
"This review is not for DiJulio Contracting. We never performed any work nor consulted on this project."
We received four bids. One was so low that either the work would be poor, the contractor was hoping to make up the difference in change orders, or he didn't have a clue. Scott DiJulio met with us, walked through the desired work, and carefully made notes and drawings. His proposal was professional and complete. Initially, the work was only for the utility area and family room..Over the course of the work, we added additional projects: replace storm doors, tile the pantry, attic. Scott was highly professional, personable, and responsive throughout.
We definitely recommend Scott and would use him again.
