Arrived on time for the estimate and was detailed about the work to be done. Could have been a little clear about the fact that supplies were not included in the quote, but receipts for supplies were offered up without me even asking for them, and the price was fair. The team arrived and did the work just as expected. As a mstter of fact, the quality of the job exceeded my expectations which is rare in today's environment. Communication about the job details was great which always helps ensure you are on the same page with one doing the work. I am a DIY guy, but sometimes I just need someone else to do certain jobs. Mr. Rosales built a lower composite deck under our existing deck with adjoining stairs. The job was fantastic, perfect and on-time. Cost was extremely reasonable .

He has done several projects for me over the last few years. each and every time he has delivered quality work, which is why he is our go to guy when we need something done. most recently opened basement wall so we could repair leak, and closed and refinished. He also had to remove wet carpet and installed porcelain floor tile in the basement, total repaint. we also had him replace 3 sets of French doors. Work is always completed timely and everything clean when he is done.

Barnaby did a wonderful job cleaning up a mess; mold- due to a leak under our kitchen sink. They did a thorough job!

We had our main bathroom remodeled and drywall installed in two rooms. They were very prompt and on time. The bathroom tile person did a phenomenal job. I had one issue with my new toilet installation and water flushed onto my already damaged basement ceiling. They cleaned it quickly, but didn't use a blower to dry the ceiling. We had to wait another 2 days for them to reinstall drywall to the basement ceiling. I will likely use this company again. Please be sure everything is itemized beforehand and that you get receipts for all work completed.

Very professional, arrived on time and immediately went to work. Remove carpet runners and replaced it with step treads which turned out beautifully. Replaced the storm door pneumatic closer, because it was malfunctioning. Replaced weather stripping due to cold draft in the winter. Repair the microwave door due to missing screw. Very prompt and was done in 5 hours. Left the place very clean. Thanks Mr. Rosales and your crew!!!
