Best contractors near Fairfax, VA

"From the initial consultation to project completion, Jose and his crew did an outstanding job. I had multiple contractors estimate the project, all quotes I received were not only much higher than Jose's, but Jose was the only contractor that actually spent time, wrote everything down, and adequately priced out each component of the project (as this was a large project). I chose Jose due to his thoroughness, trustworthiness, and price. He really cares about his clients and making sure that they're happy. The job consisted of flooring, drywall, insulation, framing, windows, siding, electric, paint, and all trim work. It was all done in about a month, which was impressive. Jose's crew showed up every day he had them scheduled, on time, and even some Saturdays. He has his own crew who does all the work. They were also very personable and clean up every day. As you can see I can't say enough good things about Munoz Contracting and their work, and we will definitely hire him again for the next project."

"Fixing horrible construction work on a 5yrs old bd from ''develoer' AX Builders. Tye fronf panel were built without sealant around windows and without screws. The warping panels caused water intrusion into the house when it rains. Gomez Construction crew were knowledgeable, accountable, accommodating to work with during the week long project."

"This is the third major job that Two Brothers Handyman has done for me. They are professional, pleasant, neat, and efficient. They always go above and beyond and exceed expectations. House looks great."

"It took me over a year to find a company to remove a wall and remodel my kitchen. I was very pleased with DiJulio Contracting. I wanted to have a wall taken down in the kitchen in my townhouse to create some more space and open things up. This company was very affordable, and were able to start the job and complete the kitchen remodel promptly, as time was very critical in this instance for me. Their crews were all very friendly and professional and Scott was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I will keep them in mind for any home remodeling projects and will recommend 100%. Well done!"

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"Mr. Gámez had good suggestions on how to meet our design goals in these spaces. The work was done very professionally and looks fantastic. The work crews were skilled and conscientious and were a pleasure to work with. Workers were on site 6 days a week during the work period and the work was completed in only 5 1/2 weeks. We had none of the usual contractor horror stories, only a very smooth experience. We highly recommend Omar’s for painting and remodeling work of any kind."

"Awesome Contractor and Crew! Very professional ,knowledgeable and skilled group! Highly recommend!"

"We recently had our initial experience with Jim the Handyman and from our beginning to the completion of the work, the experience was wonderful. After describing the nature of the work we needed with the representative, we were contacted within a few hours to schedule the visit by their estimator for the next day. The estimator was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our work was scheduled for the following day. The contractors arrived at the beginning of the target window and completed the various jobs efficiently and with excellent quality. The contractors were highly professional and flexible throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Jim the Handyman and will definitely utilize their services in the future as well as recommend them highly to our friends and neighbors."

"Five stars! We cannot say enough great things about Manex Remodeling. This team did a wonderful job on multiple projects for us. Since this was our first time undertaking remodeling work, we were initially nervous about finding a reliable, competitively priced contractor, but Manex exceeded all our expectations. Not only were they great to work with regarding our budget, but they are also simply good people. We truly enjoyed working with Tony, Ed, and their highly skilled team. We hired them for two bathroom remodels, a 4 season sunroom addition, and a deck—all of which turned out beautifully. They also completed landscaping and a retaining wall, new fence and concrete underneath the deck in addition to helping us to replace our roof. I really can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they did. If you are looking for trustworthy, highly skilled professionals who deliver results you will love and feel like you are working with friends or family, believe these five-star reviews. The"
