Capestone and his expert crew were amazing to work with. Timely, organized, respectful and performed additional work outside of original scope. Transparent about all additional costs. Finished product was beyond expectations! Added heated floors and removed, restored, installed historic windows and doors on 1930s home to maintain home and neighborhood aesthetics. Next project planned for another bathroom and three doors!

Results are beautiful. The house was built 70 years ago, and had numerous previous owners, so there were some unexpected challenges that arose as the existing walls and ceiling were demolished. Stephen and his crew came up with great solutions. I am impressed with the high quality of the work performed.

We had two bathrooms completely remodeled, master and guest. From day one Steve came out and listened to our ideas and worked to make it happen. The guys from Capstone, Antonio and Julio, were brilliant. With very little interruption to our routine they arrived each morning day set up for work and at days end they cleaned up with no trace. When we had some snags they asked for our input and worked with us to solve the issue. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Capstone and would absolutely hire them again.

I would recommend Capstone Remodeling to anyone who will listen (I already have two friends planning on reaching out). Stephen, Jaime, Nelson, Geraldo, and Juan Carlos all did amazing work and I plan on hiring them for any future work I have done on my home. Stephen was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The first thing I noticed was that Stephen discussed my options with me and made sure the solution he was providing was what I needed. I've dealt with other contractors who talk over me or try to convince me they know best, but not Stephen. He was also very mindful of time and budgeting concerns as some less than pleasant surprises were discovered under my existing floor. Stephen, Jaime, and Nelson had their work cut out for them and had to rip out the existing flooring structure on about 350 sq ft of my house, which had not been built correctly when it was originally added. That room used to be a safety issue (the floor was falling apart) and now it's my favorite part of the house. They also extended the new flooring throughout the main level of my house. Geraldo did a beautiful job of repairing drywall, patching, and painting the addition. He is so meticulous and skilled that I don't think I can ever be satisfied to paint a wall on my own anymore. Juan Carlos laid new tile for my fireplace hearth and has made it such a wonderful feature of the house. I know this is a long review but I really can't say enough good things about Capstone Remodeling and everyone who worked on my house. I am so used to having to be on top of things and figure things out on my own but Capstone Remodeling was dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of and done well. They are the best!

Stephen and his crew at Capstone Remodeling came highly recommended and exceeded all expectations. He and his team expertly addressed the challenges of remodeling in an 80+ year old stone home and worked with us to design the custom cabinet for under the staircase. I would highly recommend hiring Capstone remodeling for any bathroom remodeling projects. My bathroom remodeling project was not easy - it was a complete layout change. The capstone team provided helpful design recommendations and navigated project challenges without hesitation.

This was our second bathroom remodel by Capstone. The Team did a great job. Their tile work, both in the shower/tub area and on the bathroom floor is fantastic. We had new electrical outlets installed along the vanity and wanted an existing one on the side hall wall removed. Capstone noticed that we did not have an outlet in the hall and suggested moving the existing bathroom outlet down and around to face the hall rather than just not use it. Their thoughtfulness and suggestions set them apart.

Capstone has done two bathroom for us and both jobs went really well and Stephen was enjoyable and easy to work with. The first was adding a bathroom in our basement, I wanted a 3/4 and had a couple vendors out to bid who told me what I wanted wouldn’t work. When Stephen came out he took my ideas and expanded upon it and we created exactly what I had envisioned!! A year later we had them back to take our 60s bathroom into this century! The details on the tile installation were incredible and if I need another project I’ll reach out to them again. I am a happy customer!

This was my first major renovation project as a homeowner, and I am extremely satisfied with the process and results. Stephen and his team were flexible, communicative, and responsive. This was the 2nd project we hired Capstone to do. Stephen and his crew were very professional and did a great job. If we do another remodel, we’ll definitely give him a call! Remodel: Full gut of a 2nd floor 3 piece bathroom with new fixtures in the same location as existing. Installed new tile floor, soaker bathtub with tiled walls & wall niche, vanity, in-wall blocking for towel bars, custom wall niche at left hand side of vanity, and changing all 3 doors on the 2nd floor. We have a cape cod and his team had to think of a creative way of framing an alcove for the shower curtain rod so the curtain could be completely closed while taking a shower. Adding this small “nook” has provided or son and guests a much better showering experience!! For reference, the first remodel was our master bedroom & bath. This remodel included hardwood floors in the bedroom that needed to be toothed in the the hallway wood floors. They did a great job!

Fantastic! Capstone is a great company to work with. Stephen and his crew made great suggestions, listened to want we wanted, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The tiler was meticulous in ensuring the pattern on the shower wall lined up with the same pattern on the bathroom floor. Our bathroom was in bad shape with water damage and an existing leak to the floor below. Capstone did major plumbing work for this job. We highly recommend Capstone Remodeling. They are knowledgeable craftsmen who take pride in their work. Stephen ensured we were satisfied. The workers were respectful of our house and belongings and cleaned up any work-related mess every day. The remodel of our master bath, sitting area, and two closets has made the spaces more functional and inviting. We already have them booked for another bathroom remodel!

This is the 2nd time I've hired Stephen and the Capstone Remodeling crew, and they didn't disappoint. Consistent communication is a hallmark of Capstone's approach to customer service, and you're never left feeling like you don't understand how your project is progressing. John and J.C.--the two gentlemen that remodeled by master bathroom--returned for this job, and did an excellent job here as well. They again asked clarifying questions, and provided advice to make sure the project turned out the way I wanted. Even through a parts mix-up from a retailer that wasn't Capstone's fault, we ended up with a solution and the project finished on time. It went great. This was the third project that we’ve done with Capstone: two bathrooms and a kitchen. As always, we were impressed by the professionalism, workmanship, and flexibility of the team. They did a great job with the intricate tiling and managed to make a small space seem bigger.

We hired Capstone to remodel/upgrade the master bathroom in our townhouse. It is a small bathroom and the total remodel took about two weeks and was completed on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier with the results, and our experience with Capstone from start to finish was excellent. I specifically want to highlight the excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the work, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and especially tiling (did an amazing job with the glass tile accent wall). Everything looks absolutely perfect and is functional. Furthermore, Stephen and his crew were always very pleasant, kept the work area as clean as possible, and were great at communicating (ideas/recommendations, challenges that came up, and any additional costs) through the duration of the project. We highly recommend Capstone for any bathroom remodel project and will definitely use them again in the future.

From start to finish, Stephen at Capstone Remodeling was patient, punctual, responsive, and helpful. This was our first time working with a contractor for a home project and we had an absolutely wonderful experience with Capstone from start to finish. They were very competitive on price, and worked through over 10 days to complete the project in a timely manner. Most of all we are so pleased with the quality of the work. Everything from the plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile and grout, and painting, their crew was highly skilled in all areas and we were so impressed with their attention to detail. 5 stars, cannot recommend them enough for a bathroom remodeling project, we will definitely use them again.

The crew was very professional, friendly and provided high quality work and product. They handled all challenges seamlessly and there were more than a few. They finished on schedule and on budget. The finished product exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

Stephen and team took care of completely refreshing two bathrooms for us. The result is exactly what we were looking for-- great quality work, great communication, and a terrific result. The downstairs bathroom is totally transformed, and Stephen and team went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.
