"Great quality work. Fireplace is working well, adjusted heat level and relit pilot light. Checked heating elements in electric water heater and adjusted thermostat appropriately. Originally asked to replace 4 shingles, replace 9 for same price. Replaced fencing and all boards fit perfectly. Contractor was very responsive and timely. I would definitely use again."

"I contacted Jim the Handyman to help me after a previous contractor left me with a skylight tunnel in an awful mess. After I texted the photos of the drywall/mud tape mess, they quickly sent an estimator out and within approximately two weeks I had Franco and Maynor at my house. Franco and Maynor worked very hard over two days. I could not be happier with their work, even after their first day it looked so much better. I am so happy. Jim the Handyman always does a great job. "We hired this contractor to convert our existing half bath into a full bathroom connected to our home office, creating a true en-suite, while also constructing a separate powder room adjacent to it with its own pocket-door entrance. This was a complex remodel that required thoughtful planning and creative use of space. The team worked closely with us throughout the project, offering ideas and solutions that helped bring our vision to life. The craftsmanship was solid throughout, including the framing, tile work, fixtures, finishes, and overall attention to detail. The new full bath integrates seamlessly with the office, and the additional powder room provides convenient access for guests without compromising privacy. Communication was good, the crew was professional and respectful of our home, and any concerns that arose were addressed promptly.
