Bay Crawlspace & Foundation RepairAfter conducting our due diligence, we hired Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Repair last year to address moisture control, water management, and structural issues in our crawl space. We just had our first annual inspection and were totally impressed with the customer service, professionalism, knowledge , and attention to detail exhibited by the Field Manager, Seth Lilienthal. Prior to beginning the inspection, he explained exactly what he was going to do and, when the inspection was completed, he confirmed that everything was working as it should be. He also confirmed that he cleaned the filters in the dehumidifiers and that he changed the batteries in both hygrometers and sensors. We had the house jacked up in a couple places, a french drain put in, as well as a new vapor barrier. The team was on time and professional. I recently had an issue with my sump pump after weeks of heavy rain, and with the issue being under warrenty it was resolved very quickly. Seth L. was the Field Manager that came out, he was on time and very professional. He troubleshot the issue and realized we had a bad pump. To ensure it was fixed today, he picked up a pump on his way home from work and installed it the same day. I would certainly reccommend BAY for your crawlspace issues and needs.- Geoffrey R.

An extra help came in the form of Seth Lilienthal, who had to help round up my skittish foster dog that had broken loose from his tether. Had it not been for Seth, I might still be out there chasing that poor, traumatized dog. Seth also was quite thorough in making sure the job was up to code and would pass inspection.- Sharon H.

We wanted to extend and replace our existing concrete driveway. Originally, after signing the contract, the job was scheduled for the week of July 2nd. We were contacted and informed that the job would need to be rescheduled for July 10th. Due to poor weather conditions, the job was rescheduled again for August 3rd. Then, we were informed that they could not do the job on August 3rd because it had rained so much the company was behind on their contractual obligations. On the evening of August 5th, we received a call that they were going to begin the job the next morning. The job took 2 days to complete. The crew was punctual and performed their work proficiently. The old concrete was removed and the area cleaned up before the guys left on the 2nd day. I enjoyed dealing with Eyvette, the assistant to the owner. She was professional and friendly and always responded to my questions. We also had to replace the old brick step that lead one step down from the porch to the driveway. For the step, Bill, the estimator, put us in touch with Sunil, who does brickwork. Sunil works weekends for McGhee. He came out this past Sunday morning, it took all day to install, and the new step looks great.
