Mike, Evan, and Austin are three highly trained inspectors ready to serve you! We offer professional home inspections and reports. We are the experts! With over 40 years of experience including real estate, new construction, home remodeling & design. We put in the work so you don't have to. My team and I have built houses, remodeled houses, and built additions. I've also repaired both roofs and foundations, and worked selling real estate for six years. My innovative software allows me to build your reports easily and to make notes about what you're looking at. This report is then emailed directly to you, and you can send it where you need to go. Unless you want a paper copy, you don't have to worry with paper. You'll be able to view your report on your phone, your tablet, or any other device. Realtors also love that they report gets generated at the inspection or at the latest the same day!

Towne & Country is the most professional and thorough inspection company we've ever dealt with in the 4 other times we've hired a home inspector. Being active duty military and stationed in Alabama we couldn't be present during the home inspection and Evan Kittrell did an amazing job explaining the findings and condition of the home. Not only did Evan take a vast amount of pictures to communicate the condition of the home, he used a drone to show us the condition of the roof and exterior portions of the home we couldn't see with the naked eye. I would highly encourage any home buyer to utilize Towne & Country for their home inspection needs.

Absolutely wonderful!! I showed up approximately 5 min before scheduled time and the Inspector was already in the house getting to work before I arrived. He was very knowledgeable on the ins and out of home building and even took time to answer questions in regards to things that were not in the scope of the job. He saw 2 minor things that needed fixing and explained why. He took pictures of items even though nothing was wrong for my future use. I will absolutey use in the future and recommend to friends.

Evan showed up early to our home inspection! He was very knowledgeable and was able to do the home inspection quickly, professionally, and respectfully! Mike came and did the inspection. He actually got that early and was already in the crawlspace when I got there. He was very professional and explain everything to me. I would definitely higher again and recommend him to people.
