Took down cracked/shifting brick at 2nd floor level, installed new brick, and painted to match. Carefully protected windows and door in work area, and cleaned up nicely when job was done. Good communication.

They did a good job of repair. My only complaint was they could have cleaned up a little better.

Smiley's was very thorough in their work and our front brick stairs look brand new. I didn't even realize how bad they looked until we saw the finished product. They ran into some snags along the way which involved having to replace the handrail posts which unknown to me had rotted and as a result were loose. The handrails are now sturdier than ever. I highly recommend them - Mark, who did the work, was great, very personable and polite and a very hard worker.

Smiley's Masonry, Inc. did an awesome job building a new custom designed patio for us. Their quote was comparable to multiple companies. The main difference was the quality and value behind the price. Instead of using a fire pit kit, they custom cut the bricks and pavers to build the patio and fire pit. They spent a lot of time measuring and leveling as they went along, and the result is absolutely beautiful. The seating area used smoother pavers with rounded edges. And the seats were measured a little longer to ensure comfortable seating and ease of use. The result is a much more comfortable patio. We sat out there for hours and it felt just as comfortable as sitting on our previous wood patio. Within the fire pit, they added an inside layer of masonry fire bricks and clay to withstand higher temperatures. This team was very meticulous and it shows. We plan to use Smiley's Masonry, Inc. in the near future for other projects.
