"We can’t say enough good things about Bay Crawlspace. We had Jamie come by for a free consultation and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was patient, kind and very informative. He knew this was a costly project for us and helped us really understand what we needed. The installation crew was phenomenal. The site was never left a mess they even swept areas of the garage that they didn’t mess up. The whole process took about 3 days to complete and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The site supervisor stopped by and talked to us and he also let us know how things were progressing. We needed to have some piping move and they were able to give me a name of a plumber that could do the job quickly so we could continue. From sales, masonry, installation and jacking up the project was a success. Being a REALTOR® I would definitely recommend them in the future. "Virginia Foundation Solutions We had the Gray Team finished at our home yesterday. Our house had uneven floors and felt soft in places. Once diagnosed, what was necessary was explained. No hard sales pitch. Had several contractor companies give us a bid. Virginia Foundation Solutions was not the cheapest. They werenâ t the most expensive either. What they did was more than any of the companies offered. Back to the Gray Team or should I call them the A Team. John, Max, Juwan, Trevor & Robbie were all very professional and polite. "Crawl Masters provided a quality blown in fiberglass attic insulation, raising it over the 39 R value. I recently purchased the 30 year old 2000 sf ranch home, and it had minimal attic insulation, barely covering any of the ceiling joists. Owner Dave was honest, punctual and professional. Dave was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Dave provided photos afterward of the installation. The price was reasonable. I was planning on doing it myself but left it in Crawl Masters hands. I am glad I did and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The temperature in the home now stays constant without the HVAC continually kicking on and off."

"Excellent response, almost instantaneous. Randy came out, diagnosed the problem and excavated the area where he felt the leak occurred. Pinhole leak was found in my 30+ year line. Randy repaired it, back filled the excavation and it now looks as good as ever.
Within minutes of his authorization to repair, several reps from Miss Utility were there to ensure no hazard to existing lines was apparent.

"From quote to completion was less than 2 weeks. They poured almost 1300 square feet of concrete for my driveway. They removed the old crush and run, leveled the ground, set forms, poured, textured, relief cuts, and a thorough cleanup. They even raked my pea gravel back into place. Excellent price, very professional, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend."
