"Young man was here 4 hrs and had to put in 2 parts for my unit to work. He was very nice, but in training, use the phone to get help. The only thing that I did not like, I asked for Patrick to do the service and when this man came to my door, he told me that Patrick no long works for your company, I should have been told that when I set up the appointment, I have done may years with your company and I was very upset that no one told me that Patrick did not work there anymore. We offer residential and commercial plumbing, drain cleaning, and installations for gas lines, water lines, sewer lines, and water heaters. We offer 24/7, emergency service year-round, since sewer and drain problems can arise at any time.
"We were told that this would be a one-day project, and they could get it done without impacting our business. Not only did it take far more than one day (three weeks to be exact) it severely impacted our operations and cost us a significant amount in lost revenue. I have called several times during the project and requested for a member of management to call me regarding the issues with this and have never received a call back. The project failed the first inspection and took two weeks for them to get the second one scheduled. due to their lack of planning and follow through with the city. I would not recommend this company if you were on a specific timeline and they were far more expensive for the same work than other companies."
