The measurement was great and went smoothly. The guy was very polite and professional. There was an issue with the price at the store (was told one thing by one associate, but was told that wasn't true by another), but the manager resolved it. The installers were quick and just as polite/professional as the measurer.

They were a pleasure to work with. The kitchen designer, her name was Molly. I love her. I had no problems. They want you to be happy and they make sure you are happy. They want everything to be correct. They do all kinds of follow ups with you to make sure that you are happy with what they are doing. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. They go out of their way to make sure everything goes well and smooth. They really have good people here. I can't think about negative thing about Home Depot. I keep going back.

Their Kitchen Department is phenomenal! Those people have bent over backwards and they have done a beautiful job. They have been a wonderful bonus. I think their prices are reasonable. I have always had good response from any department that I have ever been in, it's just that I have been working closely with the Kitchen Department at the moment. I don't have any issues with anybody over there. I was actually surprised at how well they did and how good they are in that department.

The salesman at Home Depot showed us a different carpet that was of better quality and much cheaper than the carpet we were thinking about going with. We ended up going with the carpet he suggested. It took about a week for them to get the carpet in stock and do the installation. They were very flexible with scheduling the installation. The installation took two hours to complete. They did an excellent job.

It took an entire day for two workers (subcontractors for Home Depot) to install the floor. They worked continually to complete the installation by day's end. The floor looks great and appears to be expertly installed (pattern matches exactly, edges are neat, etc.) There was a problem with a sliding door coming off the track due to the way the floor was installed, but the Home Depot flooring manager and an associate personally came to my home and made the repair at no additional cost.
