The service began ok, Noah the project manager came to our home with a large crew to demo and dry out the water damage and they seemed very efficient at this part of the job.  After that it ALL went down hill.  We elected to use them for the restoration which was a mistake.  I wish we had done more research.  The repairs took approximately 3 months.  They would rush us to choose supplies like floors, paint colors and once we did we would wait days where they would not show up.  They would NEVER call to let us know that someone wasn't doing to make it. Noah didn't seem to know what was going on when we would reach out to him asking where they were.  It seemed since this was an insurance claim that they didn't care much as they tailored the bill to the penny of what the Ins Co would cover.  Communication was horrible between Noah and the subcontractors who would turn to us for answers.  They made damages to our home and each blamed the next.  Noah told us which walls could be painted and to chose different colors if we wanted only to come back another day with an attitude that we chose colors for walls that would not be covered.  The painters did ok work some of the time but when asked for an extra coat to cover the previous color that was showing through they refused. When asked to fix subpar work they blamed the floor guys and said it was their job to fix.  The painter got extremely rude with me on day when I was showing him some poor work.  We told Noah who didn't seem to care and said he would have him fix (when we didn't want him back in our home).  Everyone at this company wants to cut corners.  The floor person took 7 days for what should have been a 2 day job.  Same as others said, they lost all of the outlet/electrical covers which were child proof versions.  They lost screws to hang doors.  We are still finding issues:  the plate above the dishwasher is missing, the round need the door has already popped off.  In the end the cleaning was nonexistent. They steamed our office floor and put furniture back but never cleaned.  In the end my husband tried to tell the girl at the office of what we had been through and how bad the communication and service was including outstanding issues but she didn't care, just demanded we pay.   I am certain they overcharged us to meet the insurance payment exactly, not sure how this is ok.  I would recommend going with a company where the communication is a priority as well as the customers satisfaction.  These are not priorities of Superior Restoration.

The service went very well. I was very happy and amazed with the quality of work done. They did base boards and door casings for the entire home. They also refinished the wood floors in the kitchen and entry way.  The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and was great at coming up with ideas to fix different issues. The only issue was when he overestimated the amount of casing we needed. He also tried to cosmetically fix a part of the hardwood flooring and that part still does not look right. They came out 2 times to try to repair the spot but the issue was never resolved.

Like I mentioned above our entire office was flooded . Superior Restoration came out within a
hour of us calling them and began removing all the water .  They were careful to save
as much of our files and furniture that were affect by the water .
They were very professional and completed all the repairs in under a week .  We were still able to
operate in the office and they were very consciences about working around us
and not getting in the way of our day to day business. In the end they worked
directly with our insurance so we did not have to do all the paper work . I
highly recommend them especially if you have a emergency situations like we did

I was very happy with the outcome although it took longer to dry than I thought it would.  They were punctual, respectful and professional.  I was very happy with the service.

I am very dissatisfied with the service, communication & quality of work performed by Superior & it's subcontractors. While very pleasant at initial appointment, quickly learned Superior is interested in cutting corners to make money more than its customers & quality of work. Watch out for subcontractors calling to request additional funds, at the recommendation of Superior, even after Superior has been paid in full the agreed upon contracted rate. Quality of work poor; requiring constant vigilance & multiple requests to re-do work appropriately. Still have cabinet foot 1/2 inch off ground on one side rather than flush to floor. Dry wall wavy. I cannot recommend this company.

They were very helpful. The plumber worked with us, and we had no complaints with his charges.

Good very pleased. they were very punctual, and timely in getting the project done. kept the job very clean and the end result was a good job. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my neighbors.

Evaluation was fast, but did not seem thorough.

Their efforts and responsiveness could not have been better, but the results were not very good.  When I told my husband I was dissatisfied, that the grout should have come completely clean, he relayed the message to the company.  They sent the crew back and they did their best.  The problem is that when I call for grout cleaning from my usual provider, they use chemicals that restore the original grout color.   The Superior Restoration crew were very professional, courteous, hardworking and eager to please, but without using the necessary chemicals, the color of the grout was not restored even after the second try.  In fact, water and regular cleaning detergents can turn the color of the grout darker.  So, unfortunately, I would not call  or recommend them for floor tile grout cleaning.

I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.  They came on time, were neat and left the place looking much better than when they came.

I felt he did a good job, however I am still waiting for the results of the mold scrapings.

Because of a roof leak in the garage, we became concerned that we may have a mold problem. Therefore the $50 mold inspection looked like a good deal.
We expected a "whole house mold inspection" as the coupon stated. Insead, when Superior Restoration arrived they asked us where we thought mold was. They tested in that area and sure enough, mold! They then gave us an estimate of repairs including containment, remediation, and restoration of the drywall (over $5000). No other areas of the house were checked. So instead of a whole home inspection, we paid $50 for them to confirm what we already strongly suspected in one area and give us an estimate for repairs. If they had inspected the rest of the house, I would have been satisfied. But asking us where they should look, confirming mold, and then giving us a $5k estimate seems kind of shady to me.

Superior restoration has always done an excellent job in taking care of our customers when ever we have referred them for flood and mold restoration. They are always quick to respond and are always professional and courteous.  We will continue to recommend Superior Restoration to all of our customers who experience water and mold damage.

Not only did Superior Restoration send out a representative the same afternoon I called, they were able to start the very next morning with the repairs. Very happy with the fact that even though I happened to give them the wrong paint for the room, they repainted the entire room without charging me extra. All of the gentlemen that worked on my home were courteous and accommodating. Love the fact that they are an independent local company that is established and  has been in business for years and not one of these huge companies with "local representatives".

The initial meeting and mold remediation went very well.  They are professionals and know what they are doing.  Everyone was courteous and responsive.  After the mold issue was taken care of and we came to the rebuilding of our kitchen is where things went out of control.  There was no written timeline of what and when items were to be completed and so we were constantly calling the office to find out what was supposed to happen next.  Communication was a huge issue;  not only that but when we were told people were going to show up, they didn't. We spent many days just waiting;  if we called the office, they would have to call and find out if someone was coming and when;  sometimes we didn't hear back for a few hours, or we would have to call again. 

I spoke directly to the owner and explained our frustration and he was interested in hearing our story;  we also negotiated a better price, due to the fact that he had infringed on our time, and his company should be docked monetarily for that.  I know he wasn't happy, but he agreed.  I also recommended that he do a better job with his communications to his customers.   
Our neighbors, shortly after our mold incident had something similar happen to them and while I wanted to recommend Superior, I couldn't do that in good consciousness and I told the owner of the company that as well.

The job went great. they said they would and  finished it when they said they would .  The workenship was excellent. You can't even tell that anything ever happened. I would recommend superior restoration if I ever needed this type of work again.

Superior was able to take a horrible and stressful situation and make it bearable.  They were quick and professional and clean and fair.

We were disappointed.   We thought  house mold inspection means a walkthrough of the whole house.   We did not get that.  Instead we showed them the places where there are visible molds and areas where we suspect there are molds.  The inspector pulled lowest drawer of the vanity in the bathroom and let it sit on the floor.  He picked up a package of cotton balls that was trapped under the drawer and let  it sit in the sink bowl.  This area tested positive for molds.  I  think mold spores were left in the bathroom because
my wife  itched and had skin rashes when she entered the bathroom.  They should have been more careful in handling molds.
We don't have complain about the one test sample.  That was stated in the offer.
