Best subcontractors near Henrico, VA

"Ken and his team are spot on contractors/subcontractors. Ken is very approachable. If it's something you do not like, he will make it his duty to make you happy."

"Very well. They fixed the fan and since we had time left on the hour minimum, they installed a shelf."

"Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."

"Matt has completed multiple projects for us, including a full remodel of an old log cabin and a bath and porch remodel at a previous home. He’s a true craftsman and good partner. Highly recommend him."

"This was the second major job I hired this company for. The first was the addition of a screened- in deck and patio addition in 2017. Both times they were professional, on time, and quality of work was outstanding. I will not hesitate to hire them for future projects."

"Alan and his team did great work to fix my walkway that had sunk due to a poor installation by the subcontractor who built my home 6 years ago. I had another company attempt to repair by injecting a foam material under the slab to lift it back into place. Much to my disappointment, that company charged a lot of money to inject the foam and it didn't raise the slab back up! Alan removed the sunken concrete and foam material, laid a solid foundation and poured a new slab for the walkway. He had a concrete truck bring in high quality concrete (no bags of concrete mix) and finished with a broom finish. He also put caution tape across the walkway. My only regret is not contacting Alan and his team first so I could have avoided paying money for the foam and went straight to the final solution. I will use AW Masonry & Restoration again for any other projects I have around my home."

"It was excellent. Mike was very informative and thorough. Prices were reasonable. They were on time to every meeting time. The best part was how willing they were to work with me with a timeline. They completed the tasks very proficiently."
