Kilby Residential did a great job with a renovation project at our office. James Kilby was very professional and courteous to work with, as was his entire team. Communication and updates were excellent. The work was completed with care and minimal disruption to our other work spaces. We are very pleased with the results!

Very well, we are quite happy. Small crew with the owner involved, and with pride in their work, paying attention to even small details.

Remodel of entire bathroom was awesome. James was quick to respond when I had questions about design, structural, or anything during the construction. He and his crew took the time to make it right…not just to find temporary solutions. Would highly recommend and already planning to do another project with him in the new year.

My 2 new external doors look great! They worked so hard to modify the doors due to our house being so old (1963). They worked through every obstacle and the end result was awesome. My 3 huskies are loving the new doggy door. The front door was painted a bright red which makes our house pop from the road

James and his team were excellent, and I couldn’t have asked for better. James and his team were extremely respectful and friendly which made the whole process smooth. They were very knowledgeable and were always quick to come explain what was happening for the day and/or any concerns that arose. I also appreciated how much they valued my opinion and always took the time to listen to what I was thinking. James and his team were punctual and kept me updated if any plans or times changed which was very helpful. They also kept a clean and organized work environment which made it easy for me to work around them. Their work speaks for itself, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel.

James was great! He took a room that was never finished when the house was built in 1083 and made it look amazing! He was able to start the project on time, and even did some extra things on top of the original project. He was professional, and courteous of my work schedule. I definitely plan to use him again!

I had old gypsum board over concrete over wire mesh topped with a plaster skim on my bathroom walls. No matter what I and previous professional painters did, the paint peeled in a few months. I wanted a permanent fix. James Kilby took out the old walls above the tile line. He replaced the walls with water resistant board and finished off the walls and trim beautifully (took the trim to his shop and spray painted) Always straightforward about costs and what was needed. Easy to work with. Did beautiful work.

Great! Mr. Kilby did an excellent job converting our base cabinets in the kitchen to pull-out drawers. He painted where needed to match the current paint colors. He was dependable, you could truly count on him to "show up" at the jobsite when required. I must say, to upgrade your kitchen by transforming base cabinets with doors into cabinets with a bank of drawers is a huge lifesaver on the back! Many other benefits to this approach include an overall updated fresh look, better organization, less wasted space and time and in my opinion, it will add to an increased value which is a perfect scenario for resale! He also completed other much-needed tasks in our home which were done with great care. Thanks again Mr. Kilby!

I had a challenging project that required a cabinet door to be duplicated. The work performed was very detailed and it was done on time and for the quoted price. I would highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the deck work performed by Kilby. Construction of deck steps and baluster was detailed and completed in a timely manner. He arrived as scheduled and left property clean and free excess lumber.
