Excellent! Told me what I needed and more importantly didn't need, saved me money by not letting me install unnecessary items I had read about. Worked around my schedule, were polite, clean and professional while in my home, almost like having a family member in my home doing the work, but with a license, then everything works, and don't drink all your beer!

I wish I could give a zero, do not use this company!! I paid Electrical Solutions to re-wire my daughter’s home. The first part of the job was ok; however, the last phase was a complete disaster. After repeatedly failing inspections and David’s (the owner) refusal to repair holes made by his workers in the freshly installed and painted drywall, we are very dissatisfied. The worksite was left messy with big gapping holes in the walls and insulation haphazardly pulled out because the workers could not remember where they had wired and installed electrical boxes. We followed David’s and Paul’s (electrician) instructions to the letter and got another contractor to demo all walls and ceilings prior to re-wiring. We were instructed to have the drywall installed and painted after the wiring before outlets and fixtures could be installed. When the electricians came back to install outlets and fixtures, to our surprise, the electricians were asking us where the electrical boxes for outlets, light fixtures and smoke detectors were located!! Their solution was to start digging and chopping in the walls and ceilings. This would have been ok if they had put things back the way they found it. The walls and the home in general were left a complete mess and when questioned about passing inspection a disrespectful response was received. Needless to say, the electrical inspection failed TWICE!! We have finally passed inspection, but are left to call our drywall contractor to come and clean up the mess made by Electrical Solutions at our own cost. I attempted to resolve with the owner and received many empty promises that were never fulfilled. We made the mistake of paying for services before getting the final inspection, so at this point we are left to clean up this mess with another contractor.

Amazing! The breaker for our internet was popping and smoking and we needed it fixed in a hurry (aka before the weekend). We had called a couple other companies and they werent able to come out until the middle of the following week. Electric Solutions was there the next morning. 15 minutes early! Great communication. Friendly and knowledgeable- our electrician took the time to explain in simple terms what the issue was and how it was fixed and was in and out in 20 mins. Incredibly reasonably priced! We will be calling them for any electrical needs in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for prompt, quality service at a great price!

It went great. I have used Electric Solutions of Richmond three times thus far. I could not be any more pleased with the company. Joe (the electrician) is so easygoing and amazing to work with. It is great to be able to upgrade fixtures, fans, plugs, etc. in my older home knowing the work will be done right and at a cost that is more than fair. They are fast, efficient, and very affordable. I was very disappointed because I have used this company before and had a good experience. I called to see if they could install some ceiling fans for me, and scheduled an appointment. I was told the electrician would be at my house around 9am. 9am came and went with no call and no one showing up. I called at 11am to figure out what was going on and was told to hang up and call back and I would be forwarded to the person who could give me more information. I hung up and called back and was forwarded to an answering machine, where I left a message with my phone number. I never heard anything back. It was incredibly unprofessional and I am going to find another electrician for any work I need done in the future.

Electrical Solutions was wonderful and I can't recommend them enough! David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) And it's not because this is not a busy company, his phone was ringing off the hook! He just understood how important it was to get someone out soon and made it happen for me. I expected to have to clean up after the electrician was done, but I could not have been more wrong! The electrician completely cleaned up after himself and left everything as neat as a pin. I had no idea what the job was going to cost (as I mentioned, I was practically desperate) and I was thrilled and so grateful when I got their bill. Very, very reasonable for the work done. I will never call another electrical company and I recommend you don't either!

One of the electrical circuits at my house abruptly went dead. Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and AC stopped working. Circuit breaker wouldn't go back on and felt sort of gritty. Got list of AL contractors, and Dave answered the phone right away, then listened and came out very within an hour. I had a very old box that I knew eventually would need replacing, and he gave a very reasonable quote and got me on the schedule the next day. As a bonus, he also was able to turn the circuits back on, so all were is working. So a blessing. He also informed me that it wasn't and electric panel box, it was a sub-panel that had to main breaker. A couple of hours later, Joe called and asked if it would be ok to come over early before it got hot. So came at 7:30, and when he opened up the box stated that in his 32 years of experience, it was one of the worst ones he'd ever seen. Ran into a couple of snags

I was very impressed with their two electricians Joe and Paul from the moment they walked in. They were COVID19 compliant with mask, ready to work. They were very attentive to my request. They were an amazing two man team that worked fast and efficiently. I was impressed in the manner that they came up with a plan to execute the work in a safe manner with no damage to fixture or property. They cleaned after their work was complete. As retired Disabled veteran, I can honestly put my stamp of approval on Electric Solutions of Richmond and their electricians Joe and Paul as well. Prices were fair and affordable. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. After the work was completed there was a challenge that came up within a few weeks however they did come back out and correct the problem. I would definitely use them again.
