"Good morning Mrs. [Member Name Removed], my technician was at your home for approximately 3 hours. My technician repaired all the electrical items you requested and the ticket was signed stating cost and all the work he performed for you. If there was a problem, it should have been addressed at time of service-not 3 days later. You were given a senior discount even when you were not an Angie's List customer. The service charge was waived. If you wanted service for free you should have called another company. We are a professional company who has been servicing people for over 18 years. My technician fixed the short for your septic however he advised you to call your septic company to further investigate the situation. We do not specialize in septic systems. You never stated you had issues with the work he performed and that everything was to your satisfaction, so for this comment to be made on public media to hurt our company is unjust. The work was performed 6/9/20 not 6/11/20. Communication is the key to all relationships and you choose not to handle this matter that way.
