I would rate them a zero but no category here for that read why...My home warranty company reached out to this company for service on our AC unit and things started out ok they removed a part last week and were due back today to install new part so I called to ask a general question then it went south. Cameron is extremely rude and very unprofessional, he does not know how to speak to people he spoke to me like I was a dog don't want to do business with someone who is so unprofessional. I simply asked him if he knew how much the out of pocket cost would be for the replacement Freon, I know they pay a portion and wanted to get a round about figure if possible. Cameron response to me in a very indignant manner was "didn't you read your email the home warranty company sent you, you need to learn to read your email". He said plenty more but at that point I said sir I was just asking a question and yes I read the email I just wanted to get a little more detail, he proceeded to be rude at that point I told him I did not appreciate his tone and that I was going to report him to home warranty company and post a review his response was he didn't care..... I cant believe that someone can be so rude and unprofessional and do business with people how can you expect to interact with customers and not want to answer general questions. He made me feel very uncomfortable and not safe for service to home. Horrible customer interaction I had high hopes in the beginning and it turned out to be an epic fail. We are going with someone we hope will be more professional and doesn't mind answering a general question.

Not sure yet. It’s been very hot & humid and most people’s A/C is struggling to keep up with the heat outside. But overall they were very friendly & professional.

Great! We were offered next day service which we were not available for but service was within a couple of days. Excellent and professional service.

The owner was very professional and communication was perfect. I had to have a furnace and water heater replaced in my rental property. The estimates were very reasonable. It was also suggested that I replace the A/C Coils since they were old and needed to be removed in order to replace the furnace. This will save on labor cost in the spring when I have the outside ac unit replaced. The job was completed in a day. I would recommend Climate Mechanical and plan on using them in the future. Thanks
