Cameron from climate mechanical is a scam artist. My landlords management company hired him to come out because our ac was not keeping up with the house. He came out one day and spent 2 seconds in the attic and never looked at the outdoor unit but told the management company a list of things he needed to do and they approved it. I was under the understanding that he was going to be at our house for a majority of the day that coming Friday because the management company said an expensive amount of duct work was being done. My fiance was here with me when he came and went upvto the attic, claimed it needed some duct work....obviously and took one of our own filters, exchanged it and told us oh problem solved when we said no we've done multiple changes of filters and our house still gets almost 80 degrees. We confided in him regarding our 2 year experience of trying to get this fixed and issues with the landlord and it affecting our special needs baby. He went outside and said the refrigerant was full already so he didn't need to do that said that the company most likely won't approve duct work due to cost and left. I immediately called the management company confused about the work I thought was being done vs the meager 1 filter change with our filter. She had already received his bill of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS and my jaw dropped and I thought it had to be an estimate she said no it was the bill and he claimed he did a bunch of duct work ect in the invoice she sent me. My fiance and I could not believe our eyes when we read what he claimed he didnwhen he never came in with anything and left quickly. We told them that was a lie and they held off payment and got a new hvac tech out to confirm the work this guy was saying he did and angrily wanting payment. The new hvac guy confirmed none of this work was done and now we are going to file a complaint with the state for fraud

I would rate them a zero but no category here for that read why...My home warranty company reached out to this company for service on our AC unit and things started out ok they removed a part last week and were due back today to install new part so I called to ask a general question then it went south. Cameron is extremely rude and very unprofessional, he does not know how to speak to people he spoke to me like I was a dog don't want to do business with someone who is so unprofessional. I simply asked him if he knew how much the out of pocket cost would be for the replacement Freon, I know they pay a portion and wanted to get a round about figure if possible. Cameron response to me in a very indignant manner was "didn't you read your email the home warranty company sent you, you need to learn to read your email". He said plenty more but at that point I said sir I was just asking a question and yes I read the email I just wanted to get a little more detail, he proceeded to be rude at that point I told him I did not appreciate his tone and that I was going to report him to home warranty company and post a review his response was he didn't care..... I cant believe that someone can be so rude and unprofessional and do business with people how can you expect to interact with customers and not want to answer general questions. He made me feel very uncomfortable and not safe for service to home. Horrible customer interaction I had high hopes in the beginning and it turned out to be an epic fail. We are going with someone we hope will be more professional and doesn't mind answering a general question.

Not sure yet. It’s been very hot & humid and most people’s A/C is struggling to keep up with the heat outside. But overall they were very friendly & professional.

Geo Thermo heat pump

Another contractor had not been able to fix our heat pump after 4 visits in 2 months. Climate Mechanical diagnosed the correct problem on the first visit and came back with correct part and got everything working. It is great to have heat again after waiting so long on the other contractor. I highly recommend. Wish we had gone with Climate Mechanical first.

Great! We were offered next day service which we were not available for but service was within a couple of days. Excellent and professional service.

The owner was very professional and communication was perfect. I had to have a furnace and water heater replaced in my rental property. The estimates were very reasonable. It was also suggested that I replace the A/C Coils since they were old and needed to be removed in order to replace the furnace. This will save on labor cost in the spring when I have the outside ac unit replaced. The job was completed in a day. I would recommend Climate Mechanical and plan on using them in the future. Thanks
