"This was a complicated install in a tight space. Curtis was not daunted like the others and his price was $600 less than what the other contractor quoted. Other contractors didn't want the job because it required repiping of water and gas lines."

"CCR did kitchen remodel and removal of dining room wall in our condo. Because they know Watergate Landmark so well they were able to help work us thru the regulation process and deal with the quirks of the original kitchen. Lighting is owner Adrian's signature. He chose the under cabinet lighting and set up. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. The first time I turned them on I was with a group of friends. We all gasped as if we had just seen a spectacular magic trip. The cabinet vendor and designer treated us poorly from the get go. Adrian did his best to act as our advocate. We appreciate his efforts but we all paid for the cabinet company's mistakes. Did not say goodbye to Adrian. We just said "see you later" He will be coming back to do additional renovation work for us."

"After interviewing several companies to have our kitchen remodelled, we selected VKB, and we are happy we did. VKB provided a lower estimate than other companies, and their reviews were good. As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

That was our second project with DMV Kitchen & Bath (June 2015). I thought the first team, who worked on our first project, was good. This team was even better, even superb!!

Worked very hard-  Jhonny Flores and Felix Lopez came by 8am and left around 7pm, with only about 10-15min lunch break. Almost non-stop!!

Very dedicated – I bought some titles (P.E.I. =5), without realizing how hard it was to cut. For the piece under our toilet, machine failed to cut right, so Felix manually cut a little by little until a perfect circle was generated. Bravo!!!

Jhonny asked us frequently asked our opinion and made sure we were satisfied.

Very experienced and smart- they knew the right way to make things right.

Very clean- First thing every morning, they covered floor, walls and any other place may be affected. And cleaned up every night. I agree with previous reviewer that it seemed they had never been there, except the work progress every day.

I have worked with many contractors for my previous houses and this one, and I have to say Jhonny Flores and Felix are one of the best. 

Also, I want to comment on flexibility – Project Manager Javier gave us very itemized estimates, later with labor and materials separated per my request. I was even given flexibility to buy/order certain items myself, so I was not limited to the supply they had.

They respond to service call quickly -  almost a year later, the door started to squeak. I sent out email request. The office responded very quickly and scheduled Jhonny to come back and fix the problem.

No person nor company is perfect, DMV Kitchen & Bath has downsides too.

- They were extremely busy, so be prepared to wait long for estimation and getting on their schedule. But if you are not in a big hurry, they are worth the waiting.

- Can organize customer’s order better. In our case, there were mistakes. But in the end,  all were sorted out to our satisfaction.

 -We wish the granite subcontractor had suggested us to cut stone to fit our wall, not cut our wall to fit stone.

"The service was ok but not as good as I have had before from this provider. The work was scheduled to be between 11 and 1 pm, but on the day of the job I found out the workman was coming between 9 and 11. I kept the appointment but it was not as convenient as I would have liked. The person who did the work was a subcontractor and he had needed to stop and get a new part for his cell phone on the way to my house which caused a delay. I did not know this provider used subcontractors and also was told at the end of the job that he would only take a check, not a credit card. In following up with Jim the Handyman, I felt an email response I got from them was not professional. A mixed experience with scheduling and communication but the work itself was well done."
