We wanted to remodel one bathroom and add space in the kitchen eating area. House was built in 1946 and the demolition phase revealed numerous surprises. Bill Curley and his team met each challenge with effective and innovative solutions. One thing led to another and the final product was a complete gut-out renovation to two bathrooms and the addition of space in the eating area. The surprises added time and cost to the project and all changes were thoroughly discussed and agreed to and fairly priced. The final product is of exceptionally high quality and attention to detail. The flexibility of Bill and his team is a giant plus.

Since I had used WDC Construction 12 years ago to remodel my 4 bathrooms and they did a superb job, I naturally used Bill Curley again to renovate my kitchen. Being in the business for 30 years, Bill has developed a fine network of subcontractors as well as his own professional team. When an issue came up, it was quickly resolved. Being in my 70's, I felt comfortable working with Bill and his crew which was important to me. When the kitchen was completed, I could not have been more pleased as he did another superior job. My only regret is that I didn't have it done sooner.

Fantastic!!! Team showed up daily at 7:30am sharp and left exactly at 4:00 with a 30 min lunch. They prepped daily to keep down the dust and cleaned up every afternoon. Everyone knew their job and did it, and did it well! Bill Curley (the owner of WDC Construction) was there everyday, several times a day, these guys were terrific! I wouldn't want or trust anybody to do a kitchen or bath remodel for me other than Bill and his team.

WDC Construction was recommended to me by Lowe's and I am glad that I went with their recommendation. Prior to the start of the project, the condo association requested a drawing and plan on how the appliances will be connected and what the renovation included. Mr. Curley immediately provided the information needed for approval. Mr. Curley and his crew arrived at the time they said they would. They started by covering up the floors in the entrance, kitchen, hallway and living room to protect it from damage and to prevent it from getting dirty and cleaned up at the end of each day. They did not only tear out the old cabinets but also had to cut out the drywall with the old tiles, because I didn't want another double oven and rather wanted more counter space. In addition, they had to add a few electrical outlets. They worked fast and thoroughly. When the cabinets were installed, Mr. Curley checked that all doors and drawers were lined up and everything was leveled. The representative from the countertop company was very complimentary about how the cabinets and appliances were leveled. During the installation, we had a heavy snowstorm and Mr. Curley made sure that not only the microwave was connected but also my stove, so I could at least cook during the days that we were snowed in. Everybody who worked on my kitchen including the pluming, tiles and painting was professional and strived to do the best job they could to make my kitchen project a pleasant experience. Throughout the construction, I knew when the crew was going to arrive and how long they would work each day. I felt comfortable enough to even go out for appointments while the crew was working in my kitchen and trusted Mr. Curley completely. This renovation was such a great experience that I know I will hire WDC Construction again for my next project. Everyone who has seen my new kitchen said it looked great and it is exactly how I pictured it when I selected the cabinets etc.

Bill Curley and his team remodeled my kitchen twelve years ago, so it was only natural that when we decided to update the bathrooms we would call him. I did get another estimate but in the end went with Bill. There isn't an superlative strong enough to portray how terrific this company is. Every step of the way they communicated what was happening, asking for decisions for everything. My husband and I were gone for 2 weeks and we were totally comfortable leaving our house to them. While we were gone there was a question about the color of the natural stone floor in the master bath and Bill waited for my return and then worked with me and the tile company to make sure I was totally thrilled. They contained the mess, and dust, with a system of plastic, covered all my rugs, moved furniture and then cleaned well at the end. They even painted the hallway they used, leaving it looking better than when they arrived. I'm actually sorry it's over and that's saying a lot.

They were great. He doesn't give any discounts and I'm a member of Angie's List and I wish to hell they would. It cost way the hell too much but it's beautiful so I feel I got what I paid for. They're easy to work with and Bill, the owner is a great guy. He has a great team working for him and with him. They do what they say they're going to do and they do it. They show up on time and they're clean and neat and honest.

It was an excellent experience. The payments were in stages according to a written contract. The quality of the work was excellent. There were no sorprises.

Job went well and we love our new kitchen. All work was well done; workers were pleasant and kept work site neat. Would have been easily completed within 5 weeks, except we opted to wait for back ordered tile. Contractor installed temporary sink so that kitchen was functional while we waited for the tile and countertops. A few unknown problems with prior construction of home uncovered--contractor fixed these properly and charged reasonable amounts for the extra work. All subcontractors showed up when scheduled. Bill, the owner, manages the work well and is very proactive in communicating with the homeowner. He is very detail oriented and expects his workers and subcontractors (with whom he has longstanding work relationships) to do a quality job.

The work was completed on time and within estimate. The crew was here when they said they would be, cleaned up as they went and did a fantastic job. The owner (Mr. Curley) came to the site several times and talked to me several other times to insure that I was happy with the work being done. Mr. Curley modified the work at my request and at reasonable costs for additional additional work that I had them do (add an extra circuit and some additional plumbing amd install a new light fixture).

I was very positively impressed by Bill Curley and his crew. He - and they - were on time, friendly, and cleaned up their mess very well. He took pains to ensure we were completely satisfied, and was flexible in rescheduling his plumber when we discovered that we had the wrong faucet. He helped us get the one we wanted overnight from Ferguson Plumbing Supply of Springfield. Bill has an impressive portfolio of remodeling work he has performed in kitchens, baths, and basements. Normally, he gets work on referral and has been in business for 30 years. Metro Home Improvement magazine mentioned him by name in a December 2006 article about a remodeling job he did for a homeowner in Burke, VA. Bill was more responsive than the Installation Coordination Center at Lowes and I tended to call him directly to confirm work dates, etc.
