"They failed to show up on the scheduled date due to traffic then wanted to push the date too far back. However they made up for it but coming out earlier than the revised date. The technician did and outstanding job with all services. I requested and received a written inspection report which is necessary for the sale of my home. "The whole process went perfectly.  Trey came right on time to give me an estimate on the new roof and a detailed outline of what was to be done.  I had asked if the roof could be done before the end June if at all possible and it was done 10 days after I signed the contract. Mr. Bevins sent 5 men who laid a tarp around the house, tore off the old roof shingles, laid new felt, and installed the new shingles and ridge vents, and cleaned up the debris---all in one day.  The next day two men came to finish reflashing and sealing the chimney.  They also ran a magnet around the house again to clean up any stray nails.

"I had my roofing completely replaced, the roof power fan replaced and a new chimney cap installed. I live in a gated community where they are very particular with any exterior finish work and require the thicker dimensional shingles. The crew came promptly and worked to near completion on my large two story house. They cleaned nails and roofing debris around the house before they left the first day. The entire site was cleaned meticulously after the job completion on the following day.
They replaced some damaged wood and did a complete inspection of all areas to identify problems. All boots were installed with metallic material and painted black to blend in with the roof color. The project cost was excellent and the terms easy.
The roofing looks spectacular. I had no issues even though a severe thunder storm with high winds and rain hit  the very next day for an immediate water tightness check."

"First they did a roof inspection then replaced all the flashing around 2 chimneys. It was leaking around the flashing. I had seen it after they were finished and it was absolutely wonderful. I had some other people come do some work and they even said it was the best flashing work they have seen done. Their quality of work, professionalism and they stayed right on time. They were a little bit higher end but that is because of the work they do. They are a veteran owned business and I am military so I generally use veteran owned businesses. We requested a roof inspection by Grace Exterior as advertised on Angie's list . We were promptly contacted by them to set up a date. Jimmy, the owner of the company, did a thorough inspection, took pictures and showed us the damage that needed to be addressed. Two days later we received an estimate by e-mail giving us 3 options and the next day we met with the sales manager Al.  He really took his time to explain all 3 options to us and we chose option no. 2, giving us 50 years warranties on shingles, 10 yrs. on labor and 5 on accessories/labor by Grace. 



The work was started  a few days later, the company works with their own roofing crew, which is not always the case in other roofing companies.  They arrived on time and worked till it got dark, they were polite, no yelling or loud music. The whole job lasted a day and a half. They covered up the plants with drop cloths and cleaned up all debris from the yard.



Our roof is pretty complicated, with valleys and hips,  giving us occasional water damage in the house we were assured that the way they covered these valleys and ridges with pipe collars and caps was the only solution. We even feel that our now accented roof line enhances our roof. All in all we are very satisfied and would recommend this company to everybody, We are pretty sure that we could have had a lower estimate, but for this quality of work the price warrants the outcome.
